林德信教你簡易做 瑜伽 15分鐘減壓放鬆身心 | 全港運動會網上講座

近年非常流行做 瑜伽 放鬆身心,但很多人其實對 瑜伽 的認識卻不多。今次林德信請來好友周秀娜一同做 瑜伽 ,動作簡單適合新手,15分鐘內一同放鬆身心釋放壓力吧!

第一式 慢呼吸放鬆

首先把雙手合十放在下巴下,再放慢呼吸。吸氣的同時雙手要慢慢向上抬高。


*注意 不能呼吸過急 保持6秒吸氣
