政府下午圍封黃大仙瓊軒苑,居民須於晚上11時前接受檢測,政府目標在明早約10時完成行動.
另外,上水祥龍圍邨景祥樓完成圍封強檢,有約1580人做了檢測,發現13宗確診及4宗檢測結果不確定個案.
