食安中心暫停進口澳洲Coffie Bay生蠔

食物安全中心指示,暫停進口澳洲CoffinBay出產的生蠔.
發言人說,中心監測到澳洲當局公布,指產自澳洲CoffinBay的即食Pacific生蠔,因懷疑受到副溶血性弧菌污染而進行回收,中心得悉事件後,隨即進行調查及聯絡本地主要進口商跟進,並已即時指示業界,暫停所有來自CoffinBay養殖區的即食生蠔進口及在出售.
中心表示,會通知澳洲當局,亦會知會本地業界,並會繼續跟進事件,採取適當行動.
