泡菜高鈉橄欖菜含昆蟲碎?消委會:一類醃菜平均乳酸菌含量最高

不同國家有不同口味的醃菜,例如泡菜、酸菜、榨菜……主要都是用食鹽醃製保存並調味蔬菜,用來直接佐餐,或者作為烹調的食材。消委會搜集了本港30款預先包裝醃菜樣本,測試其食用安全和營養價值,發現當中8成半醃菜樣本屬高鈉,並且有3款橄欖菜被驗出含較多昆蟲碎。
