減肥要控制飲食,第一下會想到戒甜,甚至中醫師也建議在乎外表的女性少吃甜食,為什麼呢?陳綺琪醫師解釋,中醫角度來看,甜食容易令痰積聚,而積痰除了會導致咽喉痕癢、咳痰之外,更會令人水腫;現代醫學角度而言,糖是最容易加速老化的食物,進食甜食過多會令皮肉鬆弛,最好忍口。
