中秋節將至, 月餅 成為一家團圓必不可少的應節食品。坊間的 月餅 五花八門,如果 月餅 吃不完該怎麼辦?該如何處理?香港專業教育學院(IVE)柴灣院校健康及生命科學系講師陳子聰指,傳統蓮蓉 月餅 經高溫烘焙,且商家會加入吸氧劑和防腐劑,可減慢發黴變質,市民不妨把將近到期的月餅「動動手」製成蓮蓉湯丸,煮熟後進食。而冰皮 月餅 因未經高溫烘焙,易受細菌感染,消費者應謹慎儲存在雪櫃內。
