通波仔 只是漫長護心歷程的其中一步

心臟病患者越來越年輕,愈來愈多人都提早做心臟檢查。近年心臟手術例如通波仔丶搭橋的需求也逐漸上升。不少人生活正常,很年輕,不煙不酒還經常做運動都需要做 通波仔 手術。其實要 通波仔 都有很多原因!有些人因為壓力太大,有些人就因為遺傳基因有問題。今集鄭啟泰可宜及Christine請來心臟科專科醫生郭應龍,講解心臟健康資訊。

心臟病患者年輕化

病人和普通市民的信息和醫學知識多了,開始著重自身的健康,常做不同的身體檢查。有部分的心臟病個案是經身體檢查發現的。另一個問題就是都市太發達,好吃的東西又太多,尤其食物是越油膩就越好吃,人更容易有膽固醇高的問題。膽固醇高,血管就很容易積聚些固醇或有硬塊形成,阻塞血管。加上工作壓力大又少運動,血壓自然高,增加患上心臟病的風險。

心臟病症狀

心臟病最普遍最典型的症狀便是當做運動或劇烈活動的時候,心臟受壓需要跳得快點,在心口 近胃部或氣門的地方,患者會感到不舒服,有頂著的壓迫感。

通波仔 與搭橋手術並不相同

搭橋手術是一個開胸的手術而相對來說是一個大手術,一定需要全身麻醉和復原的時間都需要比較長。手術過後通常都要在深切治療部住三至五日,然後慢慢復原還需要兩至三個月。郭醫生指如果手術做得好,效果可以很持久,維持十多二十年都不用再做心臟手術。

通波仔是一個微創手術,很多時候今天入院明天就可以出院。通波仔手術做法比搭橋手術簡單很多。醫生在患者手腕上找動脈,然後插一條大概兩毫米的管入心臟,直接看清楚血管有沒有阻塞。手術一般會在一至兩小時內完成。患者只要手腕不再流血就可以出院。

控制膽固醇 可心臟病發率

膽固醇高,血管就很容易積聚些固醇或有硬塊形成,阻塞血管。 郭醫生指有很多數據是證明了控制好膽固醇,可以減低死亡率和心臟病發率亦都減低中風的機會。大家可以降低從食物中吸收的膽固醇,減少食高脂肪的食物。
