消委會 | 7成芝士高脂或高鈉 city’super羊奶芝士總脂肪最高

芝士令人難以抗拒，雖然含有豐富的蛋白質及鈣質，但其脂肪及鈉含量亦可能甚高。一不留意進食過多變便墮入致肥陷阱。 消委會 是次搜集了40款天然及加工芝士樣本進行測試，當中有29款樣本屬高脂，25款樣本屬高鈉，消委會提醒長期過量攝入或增加患高血壓或心臟病風險。
