冬天 才是最好的 減肥 時機!|全民必Buy–思家瑜樂


夏天到來,動一動已經大汗疊細汗,不少人認為出汗愈多,消脂減肥效果愈好,如果在夏天做運動,會比冬天效果更顯注嗎?思敏問過專業人士,卻有另一說法,今集《全民必Buy–思家瑜樂》思敏為大家拆解迷思!


首先,啤梨就認為在夏天做運動容易出汗,可以更快warm up進入狀態。不過,思敏則表示其實冬天才是最好的減肥時機,冬天天氣寒冬,相比起在夏天時做同一運動,要用更多的力,因此會消耗更多卡路里。

雖然冬天容易攝取過多熱量,但能量的消耗卻相對比夏天高,因此冬天是去除脂肪的好季節。肥胖與熱量堆積有關,相反消耗熱量就可以減重。
