補充水份


相信大家都知道做運動時不斷流汗,會令身體流失大量水份,因此做運動緊記要補充水份,以免缺水和中暑。思敏提醒大家在運動前最好飲500-700cc水,而在運動期間都要補充水份,最好每15至20分鐘休息時飲120-180cc水。
