香港疫情持續多月，香港政府為了更快追蹤到確診源頭，衝生防護中心於3月7日正式啓用快速測試申報平台，在系統投入服務首六小時收到14,715宗有效呈報的個案。究竟申報時需要填寫什麼資料？有什麼支緩熱線可查詢？
