本港暫停由美部份地區進口禽產品

食物安全中心宣布,因應美國新澤西州Union縣爆發高致病性H5N1禽流感,中心即時指示業界暫停從該地區進口禽肉及禽類產品,包括禽蛋.
中心說,根據統計處資料,本港今年首六個月,從美國進口約一萬二千二百八十公噸冰鮮,和冷藏禽肉及約一千九百五十萬隻禽蛋.
