一名14個月大女嬰感染甲型流感,情況嚴重.
女嬰過往健康良好,本月一日起出現咳嗽、流鼻水及發燒,星期一向家庭醫生求診,昨日到東區醫院求醫,同日入院,經化驗證實對H3甲型流感病毒呈陽性反應,臨床診斷為甲型流感併發休克,現時情況嚴重.
衛生防護中心初步調查顯示,女嬰的5名家居接觸者都出現呼吸道病徵,正調查個案.
