消委會指電壓力煲烹煮表現參差

消委會測試市面10款電壓力煲樣本,以4道菜式評定烹煮表現,發現表現參差.8成樣本烹煮紅豆沙時未能完全煮熟紅豆,3成樣本烹煮雜菜炆牛肋條時,未能把食材完全均勻烹煮.
消委會指,全部樣本均通過6項安全測試及省電.但各樣本升壓、降壓的時間各有不同,其中2款樣本分別需較多時間進行升壓及降壓,以4道菜式平均計算需要約28分鐘和36分鐘,不一定較傳統方式快.
消委會說,測試樣本售價由799元至3088元,整體表現不俗,反映產品價格不一定與質素有關.
