加工肉製品增大腸癌風險18% 消委會:肉乾肉鬆為第1組致癌物

不少人愛食火腿、香腸、午餐肉、肉乾、肉鬆這類加工食物,不過加工肉製品被世界衞生組織歸類為「令人類患癌」(第1組)物質,每日食用50g加工肉製品,患上大腸癌的風險會增加18%。

而最新一期消費者委員會月刊,就測試了市面上30款肉乾零食樣本,包括豬肉乾、牛肉乾、豬肉鬆及豬肉紙樣本的食用安全和營養價值,發現全部樣本屬高糖食物,除了1款豬肉鬆樣本外,餘下的29款樣本均屬高鈉。
