本港停止由印度部份地區進口禽蛋

食物安全中心宣布,印度恰爾肯德邦Bokaro地區爆發高致病性H5N1禽流感,中心即時指示業界暫停從該地區進口禽蛋,以保障公眾健康.
中心說,本港目前與印度只建立禽蛋進口機制,並無禽肉進口機制.根據政府統計處的資料,本港去年並沒有從印度進口禽蛋.
