4男違防疫規例被判囚緩刑、 罰刑或感化

4名男子早前違反防疫規例,今日在裁判法院被判刑.
兩名16歲和59歲男子,早前在強制檢疫令未屆滿前,離開檢疫地點;一名早前確診新冠病毒的26歲男子,在隔離期間離開隔離地點.三人各被判監7日,緩刑一年,並罰款5,000元.
另外,一名26歲男子快速測試呈陽性,在網上申報時提供虛假住址,被判處一年感化令.
