食物安全中心從入口及零售商,抽檢74個大閘蟹樣本,全部樣本都通過測試.
中心指,檢測項目包括獸藥殘餘、金屬雜質及人造激素等,全部結果都令人滿意.又指,業界售賣大閘蟹必須領有相關許可證或獲得食環署的書面准許,出售的大閘蟹必須附有由出口地當局簽發的衛生證明書,並應向可靠的供應商購買大閘蟹及符合相關的規管要求.
