首批共1萬9千劑復必泰兒童版新冠疫苗付運抵港,5至11歲兒童下星期三起,如果選擇接種復必泰,將會以兒童版疫苗,取代現時接種成人版部分劑量的安排.
政府指,接種兒童版復必泰的地點、預約安排和接種間距與現時相同,相比接種成人復必泰疫苗的部分劑量,使用兒童配方會令接種流程更具效率,政府人員已經按既定程序檢查及核對有關疫苗,確保符合產品規格及冷鏈運輸標準,並會按藥廠指定的溫度作妥善保存.
