食安中心: 熟蔬菜放過夜仍能安全食用 處理隔夜菜4大貼士

蔬菜當然越新鮮吃營養價值越高,有人說煮熟的蔬菜不適合放過夜,吃多了會容易致癌。食安中心挑選了5款常吃的蔬菜樣本進行研究,並在烹煮前後檢測其亞硝酸鹽含量,結果發現,熟菜樣本在雪櫃裏存放一夜後,並沒有檢出亞硝酸鹽。
