M+餐廳ADD+涉吞拿魚柳食物中毒事件

西九文化區M+博物館餐廳「ADD+」,有吞拿魚柳樣本檢出含有毒代謝物組胺,食安中心正跟進事件.
食安中心早前接獲通報一宗懷疑涉及吞拿魚柳的食物中毒個案,派員到涉事食肆跟進,在一個吞拿魚柳樣本,驗出每公斤2,600毫克的組胺,可能會引致中毒反應.
中心指,組胺是由細菌性腐敗產生的有毒代謝物,較常見於吞拿魚、沙甸魚、馬鮫和銀魚,進食含大量組胺的魚可引致中毒反應,包括口腔有刺痛及灼熱感、面色潮紅、出汗、噁心、嘔吐、頭痛、心悸、暈眩及出疹.
