將軍澳明德邨明道樓被圍封強檢

政府下午圍封將軍澳明德邨明道樓,受檢人士須於晚上九時前接受強制檢測,目標在明日中午完成行動.
另外,將軍澳怡心園第四座完成圍封強檢,約790人接受檢測,發現兩宗陽性,和一宗檢測結果不確定個案,衛生防護中心會安排跟進.
