加拿大和法國部分地區禽肉禽類產品暫停進口

食物安全中心宣布,因應加拿大和法國部分地區爆發高致病性H5N1禽流感,即時指示業界暫停從有關地區進口禽肉及禽類產品,包括禽蛋.
有關地區包括:加拿大艾伯塔省的Warner縣、Camrose縣;薩斯喀徹溫省的MooseCreek區;安大略省的WestGrey鎮;魁北克省的Brome-MissisquoiRegionalCountyMunicipality,及LesSourcesRegionalCountyMunicipality;法國的多爾多涅省、菲尼斯特雷省、科雷兹省及濱海塞納省.
政府統計處的資料顯示,本港去年從加拿大進口約一千零二十公噸冰鮮和冷藏禽肉,以及從法國進口約六十公噸冰鮮禽肉、約四千七百一十公噸冷藏禽肉及約二十四萬隻禽蛋.
