承辦商漏發通知 防護中心指患者已遁其他方式呈報

        新冠病毒檢測承辦商Prenetics出錯,近500名在2月下旬至3月初採樣的市民,未獲發電話短訊通知,其中25人結果為陽性.
        醫管局表示,3月底接獲有關病人投訴,並即時聯絡承辦商跟進,局方對事件表示極度遺憾及失望,並向承辦商發出警告信,要求檢討、致歉及公布事件.局方亦要求承辦商提交報告,執行改善建議,及保留追究權利.
        衛生防護中心就指,相關陽性個案的患者,已經透過覆檢或快速測試等方式呈報,並獲發隔離令及檢疫令.
