最近初次體驗生機飲食,或稱裸食,多以生食或只有四十多度來烹調食物,保持食物的自然營養、酵素等,不被高溫破壞。原來飲食模式相當多樣化,跟我膚淺的印象中,只有沙律是很不同的。
