簡啟恩升任警方國安處處長

警務處助理處長簡啟恩,接替蔡展鵬,升任為國家安全處處長.
簡啟恩1991年加入警隊,曾經負責行動指揮、人力資源管理及保安等工作,2019年晉升為助理處長,並在去年12月擢升為國安處處長.
國安處原處長蔡展鵬,較早時涉嫌光顧無牌按摩店需要接受調查,其後調任為人事及訓練處處長.
