【消委會 報告】花生 堅果 =高脂陷阱!過量攝取易造成肥胖

堅果 含有豐富的「好」脂肪、蛋白質及膳食纖維,有助降低膽固醇、促進心臟和腸道健康,所以不少人都會以堅果作日常零食,可以「過口癮」之餘攝取不同營養。不過花生、堅果種類繁多,而營養成分亦非常懸殊,想食得健康就要留意成分,同時亦要控制食量,慎防因過量進食而導致肥胖超重或衍生各種健康問題。
