13歲女童接種新冠疫苗後隔月離世 呈報死因裁判官跟進

威爾斯親王醫院表示,一名在8月完成新冠疫苗接種的13歲女童,上月死亡,因應家屬的關注,院方昨日向衞生署和死因裁判官呈報個案.
女童在8月20日完成兩劑接種復必泰疫苗,上月10日因低燒及氣促,到威院求醫,當時維生指數正常,亦無發燒,獲處方藥物後出院,翌日下午,女童於家中失去意識,送往威院急症室,經搶救後不治.
院方表示,明白家人心情難過,致以深切慰問,會提供一切可行支援.
衞生署說,正按現行機制跟進個案.
