秋冬乾燥應重視養陰潤燥健脾｜浸大中醫藥學院中醫臨床副教授 黃志新

秋冬季節，天氣轉涼，相對濕度降低，氣候環境乾燥，燥邪傷人的機會亦因而增加。中醫學認為，燥邪為外感六淫邪氣之一，其致病性質和特點有：


（一）燥性乾澀，易傷津液，而致陰津虧虛的病變，臨床上可見口鼻乾燥，咽乾口渴，皮膚乾澀，甚則皸裂，頭髮不榮，小便短少，大便乾結等症；及
