本港新增9宗新冠肺炎確診 4宗源頭不明

本港新增9宗新冠肺炎確診個案,6宗本地個案中,4宗源頭未明,累計確診增至11099宗.
源頭不明個案,包括一名35歲男工程項目聯絡員,他上星期日出現咳嗽,兩日後遞交樣本,其後確診,前日最後一日上班.
另外三宗源頭不明個案,包括一名36歲女保安員、48歲女侍應,及41歲家庭主婦.
