消委會測試發現素漢堡包鈉含量較一般漢堡高

消委會聯同食安中心測試市面10類,共99款素菜樣本,發現當中5類包括素漢堡包,粟米素魚塊,齋鹵味拼盤,素魚香茄子和羅漢齋,鈉含量高於整體素食樣本的平均值.
當中的素漢堡包的平均鈉含量最高,比一般牛肉漢堡包可高達兩成,以每100克計算,平均含420毫克鈉,素漢堡包的平均飽和脂肪含量亦是最高.
測試發現,菠蘿素咕嚕肉和齋鹵味拼盤的平均糖含量,位列首兩位,相信與烹調素菜時加入酸甜汁有關,部分經油炸素菜的總脂肪含量較高,1款芋頭魚樣本的總脂肪含量更達到高脂食物水平,以每100克計算,芋頭魚的平均總脂肪含量是17克.
消委會建議市民點餐時,可要求食肆配製食物時少鹽,並要求將醬汁分開盛載,切勿以為所有素菜必屬健康食品,而不知節制.
