袁國勇:強制新冠病毒檢測非侵犯人權

政府專家顧問、港大微生物學系講座教授袁國勇表示,強制新冠病毒檢測,並非侵犯人權,措施與政治及人權無關.袁國勇在一個論壇上表示,本港其中一個很大的防疫漏洞,是有病徵、病狀的人並非全部接受測試,令傳播鏈無法切斷,令本港之後會有第4波疫情.
