消委會指37款混合香料中兩成含可致癌物質

消委會測試市面上37款乾香料樣本,包括胡椒、薑、蒜、咖哩及混合香料,發現近兩成含可致癌的黃曲霉毒素,其中1款咖哩粉的黃曲霉毒素總含量,超出本港法例要求及歐盟標準限制,消委會已經將樣本資料轉交食安中心跟進,並促請生產商盡快降低產品中的黃曲霉毒素含量.另外,亦有近一成半樣本驗出可能令人患癌的赭曲霉毒素A,但按正常食用分量,對身體健康構成不良影響的風險不高.消委會指,香港目前無為乾香料訂定赭曲霉毒素A的可容許最高濃度上限,建議政府可考慮引入相關國際標準,讓生產商跟隨,保障消費者的健康.
