<h2 class="wp-block-heading">進入生育衰退期如何備孕？</h2>



<p>根據《黃帝內經》，女性由35歲開始進入生育衰退期，卵子的質素會開始下降，在這歲數或以後懷孕，都屬高齡孕婦。加上30歲以後又是事業拼搏階段，工作壓力大，經常感到疲累，此階段多有腎虛、肝鬱的問題，而且隨著年紀越大，月經量越來越少，也未必每月都能夠成功排卵，所以較易有不孕及小產的問題。</p>

<p>備孕中的女士飲食上可以著重疏肝補腎陰及滋陰養血兩大原則，以「清補」效果最好。清淡、性味甘平的食物如菠菜、紅蘿蔔、番薯、蘋果、木瓜、葡萄，都是不錯的食材。一些滋潤性、富含膠質的食物，如雞腳、海參、山藥、秋葵等，可以讓子宮壁健康。亦可吃補氣暖身的食物，如核桃、洋蔥、棗類、紅糖、桂圓、生薑，保持氣血暢通，化解體內寒氣，讓子宮保暖。</p>

<p>平日少食寒涼性的食物如沙律、冰飲，這些都會讓體內氣血循環不佳，手腳容易冰冷。另外，過度吃補品，油炸、辛辣、焗烤等重口味烹煮方式，也會讓體內燥熱。因為燥熱導致津液、水份不足，形成陰虛體質，子宮環境不好，也是難以受孕。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">備孕要怎樣暖宮？</h2>



<p>調理宮寒先散體內寒氣，才能溫宮散寒。若子宮溫暖，體內氣血運行通暢，按時盈虧，經期如常，有助於懷孕。除了用中藥，亦可透過按摩、熱敷和傳統艾灸等來暖宮，以不同的方式刺激身體穴位，促進氣血運行，驅走腹部的寒氣，達致暖宮之效。</p>

<p>想增加懷孕機會，可多按摩一些相關穴位，如血海穴、三陰交、太衝、太溪、關元等，有助促進氣血循環，自然可提高懷孕成功率。可每日以拇指指腹揉壓穴位數分鐘，也可用暖包、熱毛巾熱敷。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-"><strong>卵巢的週期性變化</strong></h2>



<p>卵巢在每個月的週期性變化，可分為「濾泡期」、「排卵期」及「黃體期」等三個階段。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1"><strong>濾泡期</strong></h3>



<p>在濾泡刺激素（FSH）作用下，促使卵巢內卵泡發育成熟， 並開始分泌雌激素。在雌激素的作用下，子宮內膜發生增生性變厚。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2"><strong>排卵期</strong></h3>



<p>卵泡漸趨成熟，雌激素分泌增加，當達到一定濃度時，濾泡刺激素分泌下降，但黃體刺激素會急劇升高，形成黃體刺激素高峰（LH surge），此時會刺激卵泡細胞排卵。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3"><strong><strong>黃體期</strong></strong></h3>



<p>從排卵後至下次月經來臨前，稱為黃體期。濾泡破裂排卵後，所剩餘的濾泡細胞迅速增殖，形成一個略帶黄色的細胞團，稱為「黃體」。黃體會分泌動情素及黃體激素，動情素及黃體激素促使子宮內膜與其中的血管和腺體繼續發育，轉變為分泌期內膜，增厚的子宮內膜便成為適合胚胎著床及發育的理想環境，即為懷孕做好準備。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">黃體素的作用</h2>



<p>專屬女性的荷爾蒙由卵巢分泌，一種是「雌激素」，另一種則是「黃體素」。黃體素是可以穩定子宮內膜的狀態，令受精卵可以穩定地著床。黃體素不足會使子宮內膜不能穩定下來，變成不利胚胎著床的環境。<br></p>





<p>由於胎兒的基因有一半來自父親，對孕婦而言，有如「異物」，因此黃體素能降低母體的發炎反應、抑制免疫系統的功能，避免發生胎兒被母體排斥的免疫反應，並增加子宮平滑肌的穩定度，以維持子宮的寧靜。<br><br>同時，黃體素能抑制前列腺素生成防止子宮收縮，並讓子宮頸強壯，不因提早軟化而造成早產，亦能增加胎盤與子宮的血流量。  </p>

<p>黃體素不足會造成月經失調 ，月經周期可能會縮短，或會延長。月經來時有腹脹、水腫、乳房疼痛、頭痛等症狀。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">黃體素不足的症狀——不孕</h2>



<p>黃體素不足會使子宮不能成為有利胚胎著床的環境，不易受孕，由於女性排卵後黃體素分泌增多，會使基礎體溫維持在高溫約12至14天，才算是黃體素足夠。如果基礎體溫高溫期只有8至10天，則代表黃體素不足。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--7">黃體素不足的症狀——<strong>流產</strong></h2>



<p>黃體素不足可能造成懷孕早期出血或流產，懷孕後女性的黃體素會大量分泌，以維持胚胎著床穩定，提高著床成功機率。若是黃體素不足，容易造成早期出血或是流產的狀況。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--8">黃體素不足成因</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. 先天體質</strong></h3>



<p>排卵是育齡女性定期製造黃體素的關鍵，若先天沒有排卵，或是排卵過少，都會造成黃體素不足。另外，甲狀腺荷爾蒙過低的女性，也會讓身體無法製造足夠的黃體素。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. 老化</strong></h3>



<p>女性於35歲後邁向更年期，由於卵巢功能逐漸衰退，雌激素和黃體素也會因此下降。</p>

<p>長期壓力會造成腎上腺素分泌，造成內分泌失調，導致黃體素不足。</p>

<p>日夜顛倒或是長期睡眠不足，都會造成內分泌失調，影響女性荷爾蒙分泌。</p>

<p>脂肪是製造女性荷爾蒙的原料，體重過輕的人通常體肪也較低，容易導致女性荷爾蒙製造減少，造成黃體素不足。</p>

<p>吸煙會使體內尼古丁及一氧化碳濃度上升，導致卵巢血管收縮，造成排卵機能下降，也會導致黃體素不足。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">誰<strong>需要補充黃體素？</strong></h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1.曾流產、有早期出血</strong></h3>



<p>若之前有流產三次以上的孕婦，使用黃體素可減少流產率。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2"><strong>2.懷孕時測得子宮頸變短</strong></h3>



<p id="h-20-2-5-4">早產的警訊之一是子宮頸變短，若在懷孕20周前後，以測出子宮頸短於2.5cm的孕婦，建議每日補充黃體素，可降低早產率。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3.</strong><strong>有早產病史者</strong></h3>



<p>曾有早產病史的孕婦，若在懷孕16至20周開始補充黃體素，可有效降低早產率。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. 維他命C</strong></h3>



<p>研究顯示，連續6個月每日食用750mg維他命C，可提高黃體素的分泌量，改善黃體素不足問題。推薦食物：橙、木瓜、南瓜、蕃茄、檸檬。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. 鋅</strong></h3>



<p>鋅是幫助分泌黃體素的重要元素，可以刺激腦下垂體釋放促卵泡激素而促進排卵，進而刺激卵巢產生雌激素及黃體素。推薦食物：蝦蟹、牛肉、羊肉、動物內臟、腰果、黑朱古力、南瓜。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>3.鎂</strong></h3>



<p>鎂可以幫助維持黃體素濃度，也可以分解雌激素拮抗劑，減少雌激素優勢。推薦食物：黑豆、可可、菠菜、穀類、綠葉蔬菜、秋葵、堅果。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>4.維他命E</strong></h3>



<p>維他命E可提高黃體素濃度，推薦食物有：葵花籽、杏仁、南瓜、芒果、蘆筍。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>5. 維他命B6</strong></h3>



<p>維他命B有助抗壓，並幫助肝臟分解雌激素副產物，穩定黃體素濃度。推薦食物：香蕉、菠菜、核桃、牛肉、雞肉、豆類。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>6. 精氨酸</strong></h3>



<p>精氨酸能幫助身體製造硝酸，幫助改善卵巢血液循環，產生更多黃體素，可經由高蛋白質食物攝取，推薦食物：雞肉、豬肉、核桃、牛奶。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>7.&nbsp;優質膽固醇</strong></h3>



<p>女性的身體需要膽固醇來製造孕烯醇酮，進而正常製造孕激素。推薦食物有：椰子油、火雞、紅肉、橄欖油。</p>

<p>飲食於懷孕過程一向非常重要，孕婦的飲食習慣，可能會影響到孩子日後的發展。近年多了人關注的ADHD「專注力失調及過度活躍症」（Attention Deficit and / Hyperactivity Disorder），跟孕婦懷孕時的飲食習慣，又有沒有關連？多食高油脂、高糖分的食物，是否真的會增加孩子出生後患「多動症」的機會？</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">避免高脂高糖飲食</h2>



<p id="h-igf2-dna-dna-igf2-igf2"><br>過去有研究發現，孕期影響孩童的成長發育，與胰島素生長因子（IGF2）的DNA的甲基化有關，這個甲基化修飾導致了DNA的功能改變。IGF2與胎兒發育有很大的關係，同時也涉及到腦區內有關過動症的部分，而研究人員亦認為孕期不健康的飲食，影響到這類的基因，導致胎兒腦部早期發育有影響。孕婦懷孕時多攝取脂肪及糖分，胎兒的IGF2甲基化，比起健康飲食的孕婦生出的胎兒來的要高。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">懷孕初期多食海鮮</h2>



<p>有研究指出，孕婦懷孕時進食豐富海鮮，孩子患上ADHD的風險會有所減低。西班牙一項研究調查了1641對母子及母女，收集媽媽於懷孕時的飲食習慣的數據，並於孩子8歲時，評估孩子ADHD的徵狀。研究發現，假若媽媽懷孕時進食大量海鮮，孩子患ADHD的機會會有所減少。懷孕期間每星期進食4份 (1份為115克) 魚類，孩子在8歲的時候專注力表現明顯會變得更好。<br><br>研究人員指出，高油脂魚，例如三文魚、鯖魚等最為有益，因含豐富Omega-3，有助大腦發育，孩子長大後專注力會較好。<br><br>如果在懷孕的頭三個月食用海鮮，對專注力的影響更大，因為懷孕初期的大腦發育更為關鍵。<br><br><strong><a href="https://metrohealthplus.hk/20696" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">相關文章：魚類營養知多少？營養師推介合時魚類！</span></a></strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">少量酒精亦會影響胎兒腦部發展</h2>



<p id="h-6-7-adhd-25"><br>孕婦懷孕時如果飲酒，對胎兒成長後的心理、行為及認知能力均有影響。有研究指出，孕婦如果懷孕時，即使只是喝少量酒精，孩童長大後會出現較多情緒問題，如抑鬱症、焦慮症，以及行為問題，如衝動或專注力不足。如果孕婦在懷孕期最初的6至7星期飲較多酒，孩童出現ADHD的機會更會高25%，而且更易出現攻擊等行為問題。<br><br>研究指出，即使孕婦只在懷孕初期飲少量酒，之後便停飲，對胎兒日後的腦部發展也同樣有負面影響。由於很多孕婦於最初懷孕的6至7個星期時，大多未知自己懷孕，因此研究人員提醒，如女士已有生育計劃，就應該避免飲酒。</p>

<p><strong>蛋白質：</strong>可從蛋、牛奶、肉類、魚類、豆腐、豆漿中攝取。<br><br><strong>鈣質：</strong>鈣質有利胎兒的骨骼發育，同時鈣質攝取也可避免孕婦於孕期抽筋。孕婦除了可以透過牛奶及鈣片攝取外，也可以從小魚乾、豆腐、深色蔬菜等攝取。另外，多曬太陽也可以幫助鈣質吸收。<br><br><strong>鐵質：</strong>孕婦在懷孕期間血量會增加，若血量增加，紅血球物增加，則會出現生理性貧血，導致疲倦，同時應付生產的出血能力下降、剖腹產後也較容易出現感染，或者是BB的發育遲緩。所以孕期必須加強鐵質攝取，可以從豬肉、牛肉、豆類、深色蔬菜、內臟、肝臟、蛋黃、貝類、牛奶、葡萄等食物中攝取。<br><br><strong>鈉：</strong>孕婦若有高血壓及水腫，要限制鈉的攝取，像是滷味、罐頭食品、即食等。<br><br><strong>維他命：</strong>多攝取維他命C、維他命A。維他命C可從柑橘類、木瓜中攝取；維他命A可從深綠色、深黃色蔬菜及水果中攝取。<br><br><strong>葉酸：</strong>葉酸有助胎兒的腦部發育，懷孕初期就可以開始攝取，從豆類、全穀類、蘆筍、香蕉、橙汁、肝臟、瘦肉、綠色蔬菜等攝取。<br><br><strong>DHA：</strong>DHA對於胎兒的腦部以及視網膜發育相當有幫助，可幫助胎兒的視力以及認知發展。孕期或孕後哺乳階段都可以適當補充，可從深海魚中攝取。<br><br><strong><a href="https://metrohealthplus.hk/8802" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">相關文章：5大孕婦飲食禁忌公開 懷孕期間飲食習慣要小心！</span></a></strong></p>

<p>現年40歲的孫慧雪日前宣布懷有第二胎，透露因本身有腺肌症及腺肌瘤的問題，陀第二胎時，於12周前有出血情況，更需要每晚到醫院打安胎針，大約打了至少40針安胎針。究竟腺肌瘤是甚麼？腺肌瘤的症狀是甚麼？改善飲食習慣能否預防腺肌瘤？腺肌瘤對懷孕又會否有影響？</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">甚麼是子宮腺肌瘤？</h2>



<p id="h--1"><br>子宮腺肌瘤並不是指一個完整的腫瘤，而是子宮內膜異位症發生時，本該隨月經排出體外的子宮內膜組織，直接穿透進入子宮肌層，在子宮肌層內衍生出新的子宮內膜組織。子宮腺肌症患者的子宮內膜通常聚集在肌肉層各處，特別是子宮後壁肌肉層，更會聚集形成「類似」一團腫瘤，被稱為「子宮腺肌瘤」。<br><br>每當月經來臨，異位的子宮內膜所形成的經血會淤積在子宮壁腺體中，造成子宮腫大後，正常子宮的肌肉纖維會遭到破壞，導致子宮無法收縮，導致在生理期間時經血過量。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">子宮腺肌瘤不等於子宮肌瘤</h2>



<p id="h--2">一般而言，腺肌瘤及子宮肌瘤均屬良性，兩個病都發生於子宮壁，但兩者有極大分別。由子宮內膜異位衍生的子宮腺肌瘤，主要是因經血淤積肌肉層內，導致體積逐漸變厚及增大，形成瘤狀。而子宮肌瘤是因子宮肌肉層內的細胞產生突變，而慢慢生長的一種肌肉瘤。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">腺肌症症狀</h2>



<p id="h-40-50"><br>子宮腺肌症目前的原因不明，兩至三成女性會有此症，患者多為40至50歲的婦女。明顯症狀有：</p>



<p>1. 嚴重經痛<br>2. 經血過多、生理期超過7天，出血嚴重的病人，可能出現貧血症狀<br>3. 子宮腫大<br>4. 骨盆腔疼痛<br>5. 性行為時疼痛<br>6. 當子宮嚴重變大時，會有大肚腩<br>7. 變大的子宮因壓著附近器官，可能導致尿頻、腰痛等問題</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">子宮腺肌症患者能懷孕嗎？</h2>



<p></p>



<p>肌瘤只要不壓迫到子宮的內腔位置，就不會影響懷孕。 <br><br>但如果肌瘤生長在子宮腔內、胚胎著床的位置，就會影響到胚胎運輸及胚胎著床。<br><br>一些子宮腺肌症患者，同時患有子宮內膜異位症，會因月經週期反復出血引起病變部位滲出、粘連等非特異性炎症反應，從而影響輸卵管的功能。患者子宮肥厚並且易有骨盆腔沾連，對排卵及胚胎著床不利，自然懷孕的可能性就更低。即使懷孕，亦會增加流產的機率。</p>



<p>但並不是所有的子宮腺肌症患者都會出現不孕症，假如是輕微病症的患者，還是可以懷孕的。<br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">腺肌症治療方法</h2>



<p></p>



<p id="h--5">治療腺肌症可以分為藥物及手術。如果症狀不太嚴重，可考慮先用荷爾蒙藥物治療。</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5"><br>藥物</h3>



<p><strong>口服避孕藥：</strong>針對症狀輕微的患者，可以緩解經痛和血崩症狀，但不適合更年期婦女長期使用。<br><br><strong>佑汝（Gestrin）</strong>：一種口服類固醇荷爾蒙藥物，治療子宮內膜異位。<br><br><strong>柳菩林（Leuplin）</strong>：注射型藥物，可以從腦下垂體抑制性腺刺激素分泌，造成假性停經現象，副作用是可能引發更年期症狀。<br><br><strong>黃體素：</strong>服用期間月經會停止，避免經痛或過多經血。副作用是出現憂鬱、嘔吐等症狀。<br><br><strong>療得高（Ladogal）</strong>：持續服用此藥物一段時間後，可以讓子宮壁變薄，但這種藥物會刺激男性荷爾蒙，長期服用可能會出現聲音變低、生鬍鬚。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">手術</h3>



<p></p>



<p id="h--6"><strong>傳統開腹手術：</strong>適用於有懷孕計畫的病患。好處是能摘除難以看見的腫瘤，切除的完整度較好，縫合也較為縝密，減少懷孕發生子宮破裂的機率。<br><br><strong>腹腔鏡手術：</strong>適合小範圍的子宮腺肌症的治療，醫生會在肚臍下方開數個小口，讓腹腔鏡能夠進入患處，並進行切除。好處是傷口較小，手術後復原時間較短。<br><br><strong>海扶刀手術（HIFU）：</strong>利用聚焦超聲波而產生高熱，以便消融子宮腺肌瘤。此手術不需開刀，不需要全身麻醉，手術後康復期較短，也不會留下明顯傷口。<br><br><strong><a href="https://metrohealthplus.hk/8173/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color">相關文章：黃體素不足恐致不孕早產 補充維他命C提高助孕酮</span></a></strong></p>

<p id="h--8"><br>&#8211; 少吃油炸、辛辣、紅肉及內臟，避免增加身體發炎的情況<br>&#8211; 不建議使用補品，以免活化腺肌瘤組織<br>&#8211; 避免食用含雌激素的食物，如山藥、豆漿、蜂王乳等<br>&#8211; 可補充抗氧化食物，例如香蕉、深綠色蔬菜等<br>&#8211; 補充鐵質，緩和貧血的症狀</p>

<p>子宮肌瘤是常見的良性婦科腫瘤，不少女性非常擔心患有子宮肌瘤是否較難懷孕？子宮肌瘤又會否影響胎兒？可否順產？戒寒涼食物是否真的可以延緩肌瘤惡化？</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">子宮肌瘤類型</h2>



<p>子宮肌瘤是生長於骨盆腔內、自子宮平滑肌增生出來的瘤狀組織，因此又稱為「子宮平滑肌瘤」，大多為良性腫瘤。<br><br>子宮肌瘤依其生長的位置可大概分為以下幾類：<br><br><strong>肌壁間肌瘤：</strong>位於子宮肌壁，是最常見的類型。根據大小，它可能會導致子宮變形和引起徵狀。<br><br><strong>漿膜下肌瘤：</strong>從肌壁向外生長，小的漿膜下肌瘤不會引起任何問題，大的漿膜下肌瘤可能會壓迫鄰近的器官，如膀胱或腸道，從而引起徵狀。<br><br><strong>粘膜下肌瘤：</strong>從肌壁向內生長並突出到子宮腔內。與其他類型相比，雖然粘膜下肌瘤並不常見，但其生長的位置更容易引起月經徵狀，如果不接受治療，可能會增加妊娠併發症的風險。<br><br><strong>有蒂肌瘤：</strong>是一種長有莖部來附在子宮上的肌瘤，可以在子宮外或子宮腔內生長。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1"><strong>發現肌瘤仍可分娩</strong></h2>



<p>大部分的子宮肌瘤都能與胎兒和平共處，並順利完成分娩，但懷孕期間身體分泌高濃度的雌激素，會刺激肌瘤持續變大，若生長過快可能會發生「紅色變性」，也就是肌瘤中心區域血流供應不良而壞死發炎，造成疼痛或子宮早期收縮。<br><br>這是一種良性病變，會出現急性腹痛、噁心、嘔吐和發熱等症狀，若是有子宮早期收縮，可同時使用抑制子宮收縮的藥物治療。<br><br>即使懷孕時發現子宮肌瘤，也不是沒有機會自然分娩，但要視其生長狀況、位置、對胎兒的影響各方面作出判斷。 </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2"><strong>子宮肌瘤會對胎兒造成影響的情況</strong></h2>



<p>— 肌瘤體積巨大或為多發性肌瘤，可能會造成子宮扭曲。</p>



<p>— 胚胎著床於肌瘤上方，可能會影響胎盤的血液系統，出現胎盤剝離。</p>



<p>— 子宮肌瘤若在孕期快速生長，易引起子宮收縮，引起發炎、細胞激素或前列腺素，提高流產的風險。</p>



<p>— 胚胎著床於子宮肌瘤附近，有可能會造成產前出血、早期子宮收縮、提早破水或早產。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3"><strong>子宮肌瘤與不孕</strong></h2>



<p>許多女性經常誤會子宮肌瘤是造成不孕的原因，除非肌瘤生長的位置明顯對懷孕形成阻礙，否則子宮肌瘤通常不是造成不孕的主因。<br><br>而打算於懷孕前透過手術切除肌瘤，也不會增加不孕的機會，不過手術後，需視手術位置，避孕至少6個月以上，待傷口復原才準備懷孕。 </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4"><strong>子宮肌瘤</strong>因「氣滯血瘀」？</h2>



<p>以中醫的角度，子宮肌瘤的主要病因源自「氣滯血瘀」，且多半與肝腎功能失調有關。中醫普遍認為子宮肌瘤是長年累月的體質不調所導致，例如於經期或產後，風寒濕邪乘虛侵入；或是長期因負面情緒造成內傷、肝氣鬱結；或手術所造成的內傷；或因多孕多產導致的狀況等，都容易讓瘀血留於子宮，加上氣血不順無法排出瘀血，因而導致子宮肌瘤。&nbsp;</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5">戒口改善<strong><strong>子宮肌瘤</strong></strong></h2>



<p>要忌口的食物包括：<br><br><strong>寒涼食物：</strong>各式凍飲、生菜沙律、魚生等，避免子宮受寒，阻礙氣血循環，造成氣滯血瘀體質出現。<br><br><strong>發性食物：</strong>避免或減少食用油炸與燒烤類食物，羊肉、蝦、蟹、花椒、胡椒、薑等調味料，亦屬於中醫所指的發性食物，食用過多易使體質躁熱，不利治療子宮肌瘤。<br><br><strong>富含雌激素的食物：</strong>山藥、紫河車、雪蛤、豆類等含有豐富維他命E、女性荷爾蒙或雌激素的食物，應減少食用，避免刺激子宮肌瘤增生。</p>

<p id="h-4-e-600-2">飲食中可多補充櫻桃、提子、蘋果、菠菜等補血的蔬果，讓血足則氣行，氣行而不血瘀。<br><br>而豆漿雖然是豆類，但因性質平和，只要控制在每日飲用量少於600ml，同時減少黃豆、豆類食品的攝取即可。</p>

<p>中醫認為女子先天以肝為主，肝主宰了女性的月經、分泌物、懷孕與生產等身體大事，心情會影響肝的運行，因此保持好情緒十分重要，可促進女性的健康。<br><br>另外亦要保持適當體重及不捱夜，有助維持良好的內分泌運行。經常運動可幫助改善氣滯血瘀的體質狀況。</p>

<p>子宮肌瘤是由子宮平滑肌增生而成，是一種女性最常見的良性腫瘤，其轉變為惡性腫瘤的機率僅為0.4%至0.8%。另外，子宮肌瘤和子宮頸癌是屬於不同的病理，患有子宮肌瘤不會增加患子宮頸癌的機會。</p>

<p id="h--10"><strong>止痛藥：</strong>若症狀輕微，患者可在醫生的處方下服用止痛藥，以紓緩不適。<br><br><strong>子宮肌瘤切除手術</strong>：現時普遍使用的肌瘤治療方法，優點是可保留子宮及生育能力，但並非能完全根治肌瘤的辦法，約1/3的個案會在10年內復發，並需再次進行手術切除。切除術可分為傳統腹腔手術及腹腔鏡肌瘤切除術。<br><br><strong>聚焦超聲波治療法：</strong>原理是利用超聲波，在體外將子宮肌瘤升溫以使其壞死。<br><br><strong>子宮肌瘤血管栓塞術：</strong>其主要原理是以儀器栓塞肌瘤的血管，使子宮肌瘤萎縮壞死。<br><br><strong>子宮切除：</strong>醫學界目前仍普遍認為，子宮不應輕易切除，應盡可能保留。但若子宮肌瘤為患者帶來太多痛苦、患者的年紀已長或不考慮生育，亦可考慮將整個子宮切除。</p>

<p>子宮是女性重要器官，某些女性可能因為失去子宮而覺得自己「不完整」，導致情緒低落、失去性趣等。<br><br>切除子宮會令女性的更年期提早，並令症狀加劇。亦有機會令尿道周圍的彈力組織變薄，因而較容易出現尿道相關的疾病。<br><br>不過切除子宮時，只會切走子宮及子宮頸，不會切走卵巢，因此不會影響女性的荷爾蒙分泌。切除子宮後，體內的缺口亦會自動補回，陰道不會受影響，因此不會對日常性生活造成任何影響。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">卵巢早衰症狀</h2>



<p>女性一般在45至55歲才停經，如果40歲前便出現疑似更年期症狀，就可能是因「卵巢早衰」。卵巢早衰，或稱為早發性卵巢衰竭 （Premature Ovarian Failure），指40歲以前便出現卵巢功能衰退的現象，讓更年期提早報到。當卵巢功能開始衰退時，最明顯的徵狀就是月經開始不規則，每次月經來潮的日子間隔越來越長，月經來的量漸漸變少，顏色亦變暗，甚至是停經。另外，也會出現不定時的情緒暴躁、失眠、莫名容易出汗、陰道乾燥、易疲倦、常去廁所、偶會漏尿等症狀。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">捱夜、生活壓力可致卵巢早衰</h2>



<p>卵巢早衰的原因很多，包括家族遺傳、曾接受卵巢手術、曾接受化療、有卵巢早衰的家族史等。另外，長期捱夜亦會導致卵巢早衰，因人體所需的各種激素在夜間分泌最為旺盛，尤其晚上10時至11時，是身體分泌生長激素的高峰期，包括卵巢功能的恢復，如捱夜就會打斷卵巢功能的恢復。而生活壓力、作息不定時、接觸塑化劑、吸煙，也可能是誘發卵巢早衰的因素之一。</p>

<p id="h--2">卵巢健康，不再是40、50歲女性才要關注的事，因為女性荷爾蒙濃度下降，除了影響生育能力外，皮膚亦會急速衰老，失去光澤，變得乾燥粗糙沒有彈性，更會出現色斑及皺紋。而生理機能老化速度也會比一般人快，體力、肺功能會逐步衰退，提高心血管疾病的風險，骨質也會加速流失。無論是為了生育、美容，抑或健康，「養卵」應該越早開始越好。</p>

<p>中醫認為，卵巢早衰，與肝、脾、腎有關，而腎虛是導致機體陰陽失去平衡的源頭，因此中醫治療多半從腎著手。中藥中有一些對卵巢有益的植物雌激素，包括肉蓯蓉、淫羊藿、菟絲子、丹參等，在平時備孕調理時亦常用到，也可以用於治療卵巢早衰。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5">黃體素食物有效助孕</h2>



<p>黃體素（Progesterone）又稱為「孕酮」、「助孕素」或「助孕酮」，是女性荷爾蒙的一種。當卵巢排卵後，排出卵子的卵泡會形成黃體，它所分泌的荷爾蒙就叫「黃體素」。黃體素在女性排卵後分泌，可以幫助子宮內膜增厚，並平衡雌激素，做好懷孕的準備。但如果沒有懷孕，黃體素就會讓子宮內膜分化剝落，形成月經。 而含黃體素的食物包括：菠菜、番薯、木瓜、南瓜、番茄、檸檬、香蕉、牛肉、羊肉、腰果、黑豆、杏仁、核桃等。</p>

<p>一顆卵子的形成大約需要3個月（約90日），對於有懷孕計劃的女士，就要提前3個月補充以下營養，提高卵子質素。</p>



<ul><li><strong>維他命D3</strong>：加強濾泡發育與卵子品質、卵巢功能，可以從牛奶、芝士、蛋黃、含脂量較高的魚類做補充，再每日固定曬15至20分鐘太陽，人體就能合成足夠的維他命D3。</li><li><strong>DHEA</strong>：降低高齡產婦流產率，只能依靠補充劑攝取。</li><li><strong>Q10</strong>：改善卵巢功能，可於大豆、橄欖油、牛肉、合桃等食物中攝取。</li><li><strong>肌醇（又稱維他命B8）</strong>：幫助卵子成熟、提高受精率&amp;懷孕率，可於小麥、燕麥、西柚、椰菜中攝取。</li><li><strong>葉酸（又稱維他命B9）</strong>：改善不規則排卵、幫助早期胚胎發育，可於菠菜、木瓜、草莓、奇異果、堅果類、動物肝臟中攝取。</li></ul>

<p>有生育計劃的女士，要注意經期性生活 ，可能會刺激身體產生抗精蟲抗體。抗精蟲抗體指人體免疫細胞不認得精蟲，以為是外來物而進行攻擊，多會存在於子宮頸黏液中，阻礙精子的活動力，導致較難受孕。<br><br>另外，長期服用止痛藥，會抑制卵泡內前列腺素的製造，導致無法順利破卵。<br><br>卵巢，可以說是控制女人的「青春之源」，無論是備孕抑或想凍齡美顏，均要先保養好卵巢。</p>
