<p><br>不少長者患有 認知障礙症 又不自知，究竟 認知障礙症 有什麼徵狀及如何預防？早前薛家燕及Patrick Sir於新城知訊台節目《開心大派對》的環節中，請來精神科專科醫生雷永昌醫生分享一些 認知障礙症 的徵狀及預防方法，希望大家多加注意。</p>

<p><br>認知障礙症又稱失智症、老人痴呆，是一種腦部疾病，一般人的腦細胞在成年以後也會衰亡，但認知障礙症患者腦細胞死亡的速度很快，並且會出現腦部萎縮，引致腦部功能嚴重衰退。一般人認為年紀大，記憶力轉差也是正常的，所以不少人在徵狀初現時，並未意識到是疾病。</p>

<p><br>雷醫生指出如果留意到以下數項徵狀，便要提高警覺，盡早到醫生處檢查，及尋求醫生的意見。初期徵狀包括︰</p>



<p>認知能力有所缺損</p>



<p><br>記憶力衰退</p>



<p><br>語言表達及理解出現困難</p>



<p><br>判斷力減退</p>



<p><br>情緒及行為變幻莫測</p>



<p><br>隨處亂放及經常遺失東西</p>



<p><br>雷醫生指患有認知障礙症多與年紀有關，一般是65歲或以上的人士，年紀愈大，患病機會率愈高，而且患有三高人士也較易患上認知障礙症，如發現身邊親友有以上的徵狀應多加注意。</p>





<p><br>世界衛生組織曾建議以下方法有助減低患病風險，也可以幫助長者減慢腦部退化的速度。</p>

<p><br>醫學期刊《柳葉刀》的一份研究報告指出﹐有4成的認知障礙是有機會預防的，其中長者除了注意身體健康，多做運動外，保持社交聯繫亦對腦部健康有一定的重要性，例如︰與親友一同麻雀耍樂、下棋或玩一些需要動腦筋的遊戲。另外，學習新事物也有助刺激腦部。</p>

<p><br>雷醫生分享一則比喻，當人遇到壓力或危機，好比在森林中遇到獅子時，感到害怕又心跳加速，血液會流到腦部，肌肉會因而變得繃緊，想尋找出口。</p>

<p><br>試幻想，獅子比喻是你面對的壓力，而以上的情景是你每天都遇到的畫面，在生活中遇上許多獅子，因而長期壓力會出現心臟、血管及腸胃問題。</p>

<p><br>壓力是無形的，但從身體的徵狀可以反映問題，壓力會使人產生生理及心理的影響。</p>

<p><br>長期有壓力對不同器官或不同系統都有影響，如壓力大的時候，濕疹的徵狀會更嚴重，而且亦有人會以不良習慣及行為來舒緩壓力，如酗酒或暴飲暴食，引致出現心血管疾病、血壓高及肥胖問題。</p>

<p><br>而且有研究指出長期壓力過大對腦部都有影響，例如認知功能。當大家感受到壓力，腦部就如指揮棒，指揮身體不同系統及器官，如分泌荷爾蒙。家燕姐就壓力問題分享一項個人的事例，當時出現婚姻問題的她，發現臉上長出一塊塊的色斑，壓力加劇皮膚惡化情況。家燕姐經歷過這種皮膚問題後，發現保持樂觀及開心的心情，皮膚自然變得容光煥發。</p>

<p><br>壓力導致身體有不同的情緒影響，如出現抑鬱、焦慮，甚至有幻覺，影響睡眠質素等。</p>

<p><br>雷醫生教大家如何舒緩壓力，正如上述的比喻，大家未能可以控制到獅子的本身，但可以控制到如何看待獅子，因此遇到壓力的時候，應該理智地分析壓力、積極面對壓力，再解決引致壓力的問題，或尋求別人的幫助，但亦要接受到不是所有問題都能解決。</p>

<p><br>在香港， 失眠 是都市人的常見問題，但不少人忽視 失眠 所帶來的影響，原來長期 失眠 會使人精神不足、抵抗力下降、心血管或情緒都有影響。早前薛家燕及Patrick Sir於新城知訊台節目《開心大派對》的環節中，精神科專科醫生雷永昌醫生分享一些改善 失眠 問題，希望大家可以睡得好。</p>

<p><br>雷醫生指出，於本年3月期間，中文大學作出一項有關失眠的研究︰有6成受訪者均有失眠問題。</p>



<p><br>與不少人一樣，家燕姐家燕姐誤以為自己有失眠問題，由於她要照顧家庭同時需要應付工作，睡眠時間較少，但幸好家燕姐有一個提神秘訣——就是平常時間會少睡補充體力，令她保持精力充沛。而且雷醫生見家燕姐在節目中精神及面色很好，所以使家燕姐放心。</p>

<p><br>失眠泛指久久不能入睡、過早或間歇性睡醒而引致睡眠不足。雷醫生指出失眠情況有機會是健康的警號，例如有人失眠是因為多尿，有機會是患有尿道炎或膀肛問題等，長期失眠會使人精神不足、抵抗力下降、心血管或情緒都有影響，所以失眠人士應該多加注意，及盡早檢查身體。而且一般理想的成年人睡眠時間至少7至9小時，以及良好的睡眠質素。</p>

<p><br>有失眠人士透過服用安眠藥來解決失眠問題，雷醫生表示，一般不會建議失眠患者自行服用未經醫生處方的成藥，因為藥物成份不明，應諮詢醫生的專業意見，他會按照你的情況給予所需的治療。</p>
