<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-19"><strong>長期開燈瞓覺增加19%肥胖風險</strong></h2>

<p>最近刊登在美國醫學會雜誌《JAMA Internal Medicine》的研究，收集了年齡介乎34至77﹙平均55.4歲﹚的43722位美國女性睡眠習慣的數據，她們都沒有懷孕、輪班、睡午覺習慣。研究對這些試驗者進行平均5.7年的問卷調查，分析她們平時晚上睡覺時不開燈、開一盞閱讀燈、開著房間外的燈、開著房間燈或時開著電視對睡眠的影響。</p>



<p>研究結果顯示開燈睡覺與肥胖息息相關。睡覺時開著房燈或電視，增重機會增17%，BMI增加10%以上的風險同時上升13%，若不改正這個壞習慣，身形只會越來越肥；如果只開了微微燈光睡覺，並沒有導致增重問題。美國國家環境健康科學研究所研究員Moon Park指出，睡眠時暴露在燈光下可能導致不能進入深度睡眠狀態，影響食慾相關的激素正常分泌，讓人白天不知不覺越吃越多，而睡眠時間較少的人運動量往往較低，也可能因此使體重上升。</p>

<p>褪黑激素是由松果體中的松果體細胞製造的一種荷爾蒙，具有部分抗氧化劑的作用，越接近深度睡眠，褪黑激素分泌得越多，在晚上11時至凌晨時分分泌最旺盛。長期開燈睡覺，有機會影響褪黑激素分泌。缺少褪黑激素身體會開始出現老化，令細胞難以修復導致發炎，因而引發細胞病變，降低身體抑制癌細胞生長的能力。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">2. 容易發胖</h3>

<p>除了電子產品會發出藍光外，普通燈泡亦會產生藍光，有研究曾指出，晚上照到藍光後會令人體更想吃東西，缺乏足夠睡眠亦會與影響食慾相關的激素正常分泌，白天起床後會比,平時吃更多，容易造成肥胖。</p>

<p>睡眠時開燈，即使閉著眼，瞳孔、睫狀肌對於光線的敏感度依舊，受光線刺激的話，不僅影響睡眠品質，還容易加深近視度數。如果需要開燈睡覺的話，建議挑選紅光﹑黃光的產品，避免光源直接照射人體。</p>

<p>藍光會阻礙褪黑激素分泌，令人保持清醒難以入睡，令睡眠質素變差。影響工作的精神狀態，導致專注力下降﹑精神恍惚，情緒起伏大，容易造成心情不佳，影響工作表現和人際關係。</p>
