<p>加速身體老化的原因很多，包括疾病、生活作息不正常、飲食不當等。而腹腔重要的原因，是因為腹腔內藏著消化系統、造血系統、泌尿生殖系統及內分泌系統、淋巴系統的一部分，並擁有大量的血管、神經等，因此腹腔非常重要。但我們習慣以胸式呼吸，腹式呼吸便開始退化 ，腹部運動亦因而減弱，導致脂肪堆積，隨年齡增長，腰圍也明顯增大。</p>

<p id="h--2">當腹部脂肪愈多，對胸廓的影響愈大，從而影響了心肺功能，我們不得不加快呼吸次數。<br><br>另外，由於肚子愈來愈大，腹壓也隨之增高，從而導致高血壓患者血壓增高，頭痛患者病情加重。腹壓的增加，使心臟負荷加大，所以心率相應加快，使心臟病患者也愈來愈不堪重負。因此加強腹式呼吸，促進腹腔運動非常重要。透過腹式呼吸，能活化免疫細胞，提升抵抗力。</p>

<p>因腹式呼吸加大了橫隔膜的升降幅度，使胸廓能得到最大限度的擴張，胸腔的下部空間就會加大，有利於肺下部的擴張及收縮，使肺下部的肺泡得以充分伸縮，讓更多的氧氣進入肺部，從而加強我們的呼吸功能、加大肺活量及改善有氧代謝。<br><br>由於肺功能增強，氧氣自然充足，心肺功能亦可得到改善，從而減少患上心肺疾病。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-vs">胸式呼吸 VS 腹式呼吸</h2>



<p id="h--8"><br>「胸式呼吸」是藉由胸腔肋骨上的胸肌運作所進行的呼吸，肺會橫向擴張。因呼吸時會使用到胸部或肩膀的肌肉，導致肩膀上提，喉嚨也會用力。<br><br>「腹式呼吸」是藉由肺臟下方的橫隔膜，其上下運動所進行的呼吸，肺會縱向擴張。因呼吸時不會使用到胸部或肩膀的肌肉，喉嚨也處於放鬆狀態。</p>

<p>想知道自己有沒有將腹式呼吸做好，用手摸肚子就知道。大口吸氣時肚子會鼓起，吐氣時肚子會消下去，就是最簡單易懂的判別標準。</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--9"><strong>步驟：</strong></h4>



<p>1.放鬆肩膀及挺直腰，用鼻吸氣。</p>



<p>2.鬆開橫膈膜，把空氣吸到肚子內，可試著吸氣4秒。</p>



<p>3.憋氣8秒或12秒，盡量拉長憋氣時間即可。</p>



<p>4.用4秒時間把空氣透過嘴巴慢慢呼出來。</p>



<p>5.重複以上步驟5次。</p>

<p>3.用4秒的時間深吸一口氣</p>

<p>6.吐氣時可看到肚上的書本高度明顯下降，即為腹式呼吸</p>



<p>7.重複以上步驟3次</p>
