<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">學習不怕挫折</h2>



<p>任何運動也不能一步登天，總要經過無數的嘗試與失敗，磨練參加者的耐性及毅力，慢慢運動精神融入生活中、學習中。滾軸溜冰在這方面亦發揮一定的作用。</p>



<p>卓嘉單線滾軸溜冰學校創辦人兼前香港速度滾軸溜冰運動員袁嘉曦（Doon Sir）指出，這運動較易上手，小朋友一般能在兩課便學會平衡，增添成功感之餘，亦可訓練他們學習跌倒後重新站立，變得不怕挫折。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">改善扁平足都得</h2>



<p>除了心理方面外，滾軸溜冰亦可改善一些身體方面的狀況，最明顯的莫過於身體協調及平衡力的提升。</p>



<p>不少人受扁平足困擾，Doon Sir表示，這運動亦可改善扁平足問題。因為運動期間需要控制姿勢和腳板的肌肉。再配上滾軸溜冰鞋獨有的避震，還可減少膝頭和腳部慢性受傷的機會。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">睇片自學滾軸溜冰得唔得？</h2>



<p>疫情期間，衍生了學習新常態，不難在網上發現一些滾軸溜冰的學習短片，睇片自學可行嗎？</p>



<p>他認為，初學者自學是不成問題的，但要配備合適的裝備。選購裝備時，價錢不是重點，質素才是關鍵。基於安全和姿勢的考慮，不能貪方便或其他原因，而穿着玩具鞋。不合適的裝備有機會「踩壞腳」，甚至「踩傷腳」，得不償失。如果玩了一段時間後，有興趣深化練習和參加比賽，則需要進行專業訓練。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">學習小貼士</h2>



<p>剛才提到裝備的重要性，根據過去教學經驗，他發現，購買平價和劣質滾軸溜冰鞋的學生，跟使用正統滾軸溜冰鞋的學生相對，前者要四至五堂才學會基本步，而後者約需一小時就能掌握。更甚的糾正學壞姿勢比學會新姿勢需要更長時間。</p>



<p>他亦發現小朋友比大人容易上手，大約花一小時就能向前滑行。他們重心較低，其學習的速度通常比大人快。大膽、冷靜的小朋友能更快學會。藉此讓親子互相學習、互相鼓勵，增進溝通。卓嘉的「滾軸溜軸基礎課程」完成後可獲證書，更會推薦學員作表演和參加公開賽及國際賽事。</p>



<p>但如果想技術更上一層樓，例如加快速度、比賽取勝等，則並非朝夕間的事。但他認為，最希望小朋友能定下目標，學會堅持，必可少走冤枉路。</p>

<p>討論到「專注力」的問題，因為學校老師都不時會說小朋友不夠專心，容易分心，說話太多等等。首先，小朋友要在以下的三件事都能配合，才能做到專心學習：</p>

<p>要保持適中，不能太興奮激動，亦不能太散漫像發夢一樣，這正正就是感覺統合理論中的自我調節能力。</p>

<p>影響小朋友有多願意參與被安排的活動，個人能力、個人興趣、心理狀況、環境因素、教養方式、親子關係等等，都會影響動機。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-3-1">3. 專注力 / 執行功能</h3>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">小朋友的專注力究竟能有多久呢？</h2>

<p>對於「持續專注Attention Span」不同的研究有少許差別，但計最長的話，大約是由2歲的10分鐘，一直發展到12歲的60分鐘。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-adhd">未能專心即是ADHD?</h2>

<p>AD+HD包括「專注力不足」以及「過度活躍」兩件事組成，小朋友不一定會同時過動，而且這個症狀是腦分泌失平衡所致，需要找醫生/臨床心理學作詳細評估。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">有什麼訓練可以增強專注力?</h2>

<p>感覺處理問題可嘗試做感統訓練，有趣的遊戲可以培養持續專注力，畫迷宮 / 連點 / 找不同練習可以訓練視覺專注，聆聽遊戲能改善聽覺專注，而高層次的益智遊戲則能進一步提昇執行能力。</p>



<p>所以，要處理小朋友的「唔專心」，家長不能操之過急，若有明顯困難而且影響範圍持續擴大，則建議尋求專業人仕協助。</p>

<p>筆順，是一個值得留意的題目，或許有人會認為只要寫出別人能看懂的字便足夠，可是若發現孩子在跟筆順書寫上出現較大困難，其實也代表著孩子未能從隨意的畫圖能力發展至較高層次的書寫能力，以致他們對學習中文的興趣較低。在我過去的臨床觀察上，更發現這些對跟筆順有困難的孩子，在他們處理其他日常事情的步驟、身體手腳的協調能力、以及專注力的發展，也不時有一定困難。</p>

<p>跟據教育局的指引，筆順有八個基本要求，分別是「先橫後直」，像十字；「先撇後捺」，像人字；「先外後內」，像月字；「從上至下」，像三字；「從左至右」，像像沙字；「先進入後關門」，像日字；「先中央後兩邊」，像小字；以及「底橫畫最後」，像王字。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">糾正小朋友筆順問題 大大增加他們對寫字的興趣</h2>

<p>老實說，我們成年人寫字，也未必能做到100%正確的筆順，可是若能明白並依從幾個大規矩，字形自然就會變端正，那些「過界」、「穿頭」、「唔夠位寫」的問題也會大大減輕。試想想從下至上去寫「高」字，或者從右至左寫「樹」字，或者寫「馬」字時先寫四點，都會令裝字變得無從入手，可是這些書法方法我都從不喜歡寫字的孩子身上見過，因為對於他們來說字是「畫」的，不是「寫」的。</p>



<p>現在香港的小孩子大約會在K2的上學期開始學習寫中文字，家長應該把握這段孩子對寫字的步驟未有清晰概念的時間，給他們輸入最正確的資訊。</p>

<p>要孩子記得筆順，首先要讓孩子認識每一個組成文字的筆劃，即「點、橫、直、撇、捺、趯、鈎」，以下我會分享三個比較有趣的活動，去增強孩子對筆順的記憶。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">活動一：「彩虹造字」</h3>

<p>以彩虹七種顏色的順序去將中文字的筆畫逐一寫出來，有效吸引孩子的興趣。</p>

<p>先用泥膠搓出長短適中的泥膠條，然後將中文字寫在紙上再放入透明文件夾內，順次序將來膠條拼砌在文字上。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">了解小朋友的學習模式</h4>



<p>首先作為父母的一定要了解自己小朋友的學習模式，因為每個小朋友也有自己溫習功課時的習慣性，但若果父母不能理解便很難解決這個集中力的問題，但切記需要了解的問題是小朋友不集中的情緒是因為他不明白為什麼需要集中，還是真的有散漫的天生因素。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">切勿給予小朋友過大壓力</h4>



<p>差不多由上年六月開始斷斷續續因為社會上的問題，令到小朋友很多也不能完完全全的投入返學的生活，可以說到今年只能夠緊緊的完成上學期，但因為疫情令到大家也要留在家中網上學習；但曾經聽過一些家長會安排很多網上教學，因為他們覺得小朋友不上學會心散，所以安排滿滿的教學，讓子女充實每一天。</p>



<p>我們作為家長的太緊張自己的子女成績，所以會將所有的壓力擺在他身上，甚至乎在家溫習也是，子女留在家中，若家長看到他上網學習的時間比較懶散，便會怪責，這樣便令小朋友即使在一個舒適的環境中也受到巨大的壓力，但其實話說回頭，現在很多家長們也有會在家中工作，也會有懶散的一刻，既然是這樣為什麼要給予小朋友的壓力呢！</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">專注力時間公式</h4>



<p>有很多專家研究過，溫習的時間超過90分鐘反而影響記憶力學習不佳，但其實有一條公式能夠計算小朋友的效果記憶力長度，指的便是專注力測試，每個年齡的專注力可以擁有多少時間？我們都要由年齡計算出來，而專注力的計算是每個小朋友也不同的：</p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote"><p><strong>最低專注力時間：小朋友的年歲 x 2</strong></p><p><strong>最高專注力時間：小朋友的年歲 x 5  </strong></p><p><strong>計算專注力時間方程式 </strong></p></blockquote>



<p>使用以上的公式，便可以知道小朋友的專注力可以維持幾耐，計算了專注力的長度便能適當地給予小朋友學習的時間，例如小朋友專注力長度是16分鐘，那麼作為家長的你，應該請小朋友溫習16分鐘之後休息兩三分鐘然後再重新再溫習，這樣他們便能夠用最佳吸收時間吸收知識，因為超過專注力時間的時候就算夾硬要他補習他也不能夠吸收，這是費時失事的事。希望各位家長留意這一個重要的專注力學習時段。</p>
