<p>黎莉分享臨近聖誕特別多活動，例如打邊爐、放題和BBQ等，食一餐的卡路里都已經會超標。究竟事前有沒有甚麼方法可以讓我們不會在2021前瞬間變肥呢？營養師Kathy就建議大家可以嘗試將幾個聚會組合成一個，減少用餐的次數或是訓練自己延遲滿足的能力，控制食慾。</p>

<p>營養師Kathy 解釋我們之所以肥胖，往往因為是自制能力不足，以為活動量增加，食量就能夠增加，例如行山。行山的確有助消脂，是一項有益身心的活動，但消耗的卡路里大約只有300-400卡。不過，我們的潛意識就會覺得自己有做運動便能多吃一點，導致吸收的反而比消耗多。</p>

<p>營養師Kathy亦發現很多人從小都沒有被訓練延遲滿足的能力，例如需要等齊所有人才可以吃飯或者要等長輩起筷等，想吃就吃，沒有節制，這才是真正導致我們肥胖的原因。黎莉亦分享自己延遲滿足的經驗確實能夠減少進食，每當她想吃薯片、杯面時，她都會將這些先食物放進廚房，然後讓自己有時間思考究竟應不應該吃。結果，她完全忘記了自己想吃這回事便睡覺了。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-"><strong>節日前拉上補下地節食可否減少吸收？</strong></h4>

<p>坊間有些人認為只要活動前後的一兩天節食，便能彌補節日期間在大餐中所吸收過多的熱量。營養師Kathy認為這個方法是可行的，問題是節食時我們是否真的有減少熱量的吸收。一般人會放棄食正餐，卻不自覺地多吃了零食和餅乾等。但原來8-9塊梳打餅的熱量已經等如一碗飯，而脂肪含量大概2茶匙油，其實已經佔我們日常所需的三分之一。因此節食並不代表不吃正餐，而是選擇一些Low Energy Dense 的食物，低熱量而且飽肚感高，例如蔬菜、雞蛋、雞胸肉和藜麥等，讓我們有飽肚感之餘又不會四處找零食吃，真正幫助我們減低熱量的吸收。</p>

<p>另外，營養師Kathy認為節日大餐並不一定以量取勝，而是應該重質不重量。吃得精並且選擇自己喜歡的食物，才是節日大餐的意義所在。 最後一個提示，進食時增加咀嚼的次數會令我們的滿足度上升，有助減少進食過多的食物之外亦讓我們好好品嚐食物的味道。<br></p>
