<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-"><strong>什麼是</strong>  <strong>入睡抽搐   ？為什麼會有從高處墜下的感覺 ?</strong></h4>



<p>據統計，高達70%的人，曾經在睡覺時有過身體突然抖一下的經驗。這種現象稱為 入睡抽搐 &nbsp;(Hypnic jerk / Sleep twitch)。科羅拉多大學研究指出，當我們進入睡眠狀態時，肌肉開始放鬆，產生一種下降感，令身體感覺像造了「下降」的夢。大腦會以為我們在墜落並且瀕臨危險，透過急速收緊肌肉，保持身體平衡，就像在墜落過程中捉緊身邊的事物一樣，最後肌肉便會不由自主地猛然一振。偶爾的 入睡抽搐 是正常生理反應，動作幅度不大，一晚的次數出不超過5~6次。</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>1.過多的咖啡因</strong></p>



<p>身體含有過多咖啡因會導致神經緊張焦慮症等等症狀。而且咖啡因有興奮作用，可以提神，也需要超過8小時的消化時間，所以建議睡前6小時不要喝咖啡！否則會影響睡眠質素，身體不能得到全面放鬆，容易有 入睡抽搐 。<br>咖啡含有利尿劑，增加上廁所次數令鈣質加快流失。當人體缺乏鈣質自然令神經緊張，肌肉過度收縮。</p>

<p>骨骼和牙齒的鈣含量佔人體總鈣量的99%。而鈣質的吸收量對全身器官也有着很大的影響。例如血管內的鈣負責肌肉收縮及神經傳導<strong>，</strong>如果缺乏鈣質會令神經混亂<strong>，</strong>幻水和幻聽，肌肉也會收縮，出現 入睡抽搐 。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">因為疲勞和壓力過大導致肌肉和神經保持崩緊狀態。即使進 入睡眠階 段肌肉也不能隨之放鬆，而且大腦和身體呼吸頻率不能配合，便會令身體抽搐。</p>

<p> 營養師表示：「飲咖啡是會上癮，不過前提是重度過量咖啡飲用者。」</p>

<p>重度過量喝咖啡的人如果停喝咖啡的話，會出現頭痛和手震的斷癮症狀，不過這些生理症狀在2周內就會大幅緩解。</p>

<p>營養師指出每人每日的咖啡因總攝取量不應超過300ml，建議大家每日最多可以飲1至3杯的份量，再按自己的體質去調整攝取量。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"> 咖啡迷思 3：孕婦不可以飲咖啡？ </h4>



<p>營養師舉實例說明：「根據資料顯示，在早期胚胎不穩定的時候，如果孕婦過量飲咖啡，咖啡因的攝取量和增加流產率是呈正比的關係。」</p>

<p>營養師表示由於每人的體質不一，對於孕婦可不可以飲咖啡的問題，他建議先向醫護人員查詢會比較保險。</p>
