加工肉類 是容易烹調的食材,然而長期進食 加工肉類 可能增加患癌風險。消委會 早前測試了30款 火雞 片和 火腿 ,測試結果顯示,10款樣本屬「低脂」,但沒有樣本屬「高脂」食物,但是各樣本中 總脂肪高低相差18倍!
