<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">原來同鼻敏感都有關？</h2>



<p>最近天氣又變得很潮濕，濕氣重加上轉季除了令人身體肌肉沉重，更刺激了很多鼻敏感人士的鼻腔。除了早晚鼻塞難以呼吸、晨早噴嚏不停、鼻水直流、鼻眼痕癢等問題，隨之而來的竟然還有濕疹！</p>

<p>中醫認為濕疹和過敏性鼻炎的發生，內因也是肺脾腎功能失調，導致患者一般表現為免疫力較低，易出現過敏症狀；或者情緒壓力大導致肝氣鬱結，侵犯脾胃，讓痰濕停留體內，誘發濕疹。外因則多為感受風邪，所以遇上天氣突然轉變要注意保養，以防止復發。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">檢視有沒有以下症狀？</h2>



<p><strong>肺虛特徵：</strong><br>面色蒼白，鼻眼周皮膚痕癢、噴嚏、流涕清稀或量多，鼻塞，遇風冷或天氣變化易發或加重，氣短懶言，經常易感冒，沒有運動卻容易流汗怕風，疲倦則易起風團等。<br><br><strong>脾虛特徵：</strong><br>面色萎黃，鼻敏感纏綿不愈，鼻塞較重，鼻涕白黏量多，鼻粘膜蒼白，水腫明顯，口淡淡不想喝水，頭重身困，乏力，胃口差、便溏，舌胖，腸鳴腹脹等。<br><br><strong>腎虛特徵：</strong><br>鼻敏感從小已有，反復發作，冬季尤甚或遇寒易發；鼻內冷楚，噴嚏及清涕量多，鼻粘膜蒼白水腫，手足怕冷，腰膝冷痛，耳鳴，怕凍，夜尿等。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">如果你就似以上描述的症狀，就要留意兩大重點：</h2>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1"><strong>1. 戒食不良飲食</strong></h4>



<p>生冷飲食：<br>壽司魚生、綠青白茶、抹茶、沙律、汽水凍飲、雪糕……<br><br>甜食：<br>糖水、朱古力奶、糖果、mocha、latte、奶茶……<br><br>黏膩飲食：<br>奶類製品、蜜糖、燕窩、湯圓、糯米、花膠……</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-2">2.夜寐習慣</h4>



<p>夜寐除了導致氣血衰弱、精神萎靡、脫髮等虛症之外，更會讓人發熱，所以那麼多人經歷長期熬夜後覺得黃昏入夜後越來越熱，晚上口渴、流汗、夜尿，隔天喉嚨乾痛，易生口瘡，牙齦腫痛等等。<br><br>身體虛熱更會讓人越來越熱和乾燥，皮膚還是容易變紅、過敏、易癢，最終出現皮膚問題如濕疹和風疹等。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">外敷內服要對證，同一個濕疹，用藥亦不同</h2>



<p>遇上<strong>風濕熱盛</strong>的濕疹，即是皮疹紅腫發熱，甚至結痂等，可以以中藥金銀花、苦參、連翹、薄荷、紫草等煮湯汁外洗。內服中藥以清熱解毒，除濕止癢為主，方用五味消毒飲或萆薢滲濕湯加減，常用銀花、菊花、連翹、石膏、丹皮、土茯苓、川萆薢、苦參、赤芍、梔子、滑石等。<br><br>遇上<strong>風寒濕盛</strong>的濕疹，即是皮疹淡紅，微腫不熱，甚至乾燥惡風怕冷，千萬不要用以上中藥泡洗，否則可能更嚴重，可以紫雲膏塗抹。內服中藥以健運脾胃，除濕止癢為主，方用除濕胃苓湯加減 ，常用蒼朮、白朮、茯苓、澤瀉、薏苡仁、赤小豆等藥物。</p>

<p>遇上多年不愈的<strong>慢性濕疹</strong>，即是皮疹淡紅，結痂流滋水或乾燥皮膚變厚等情況，內服中藥治療可以養血祛風，潤燥止癢為主方，方用當歸飲子加減，常用熟地黃、何首烏、當歸、烏豆衣、當歸、龜板等藥物。<br></p>





<p><br>不要忘記每天洗澡水不能超過40度，盡量不能太熱或洗澡太久，也盡量不要用沐浴露或肥皂，可以選用一些濕疹專用的沐浴油或膏，洗完澡後立即要塗抹潤膚膏。要知道濕疹癢起來可辛苦了，讓皮膚水分盡量補充足夠，痕癢也會減輕。</p>

<p>材料：花旗參6克、制何首烏6克、南棗2顆、生薑3片</p>



<p>做法：材料洗淨，南棗切細，加入沸水500毫升，焗3-5分鐘，即可。</p>



<p>功效：花旗參偏涼補，適合燥熱體質之人。制何首烏味甘、性微溫，有養血補肝、固腎、清降血脂和潤燥通便之效，亦有助改善 手腳冰冷 問題。 </p>

<p><br>材料：玫瑰花 2朵、紅棗3粒、枸杞子9克</p>



<p>做法：材料洗淨，紅棗去核切細，加入沸水500毫升，焗2-3分鐘，即可。</p>



<p>功效：紅棗具有補血功效，與玫瑰花、枸杞子搭配對氣血調節功效最佳，調經養顏，多喝有利於內分泌調節，改善 手腳冰冷 。</p>

<p>材料：南棗3粒、紅棗3粒、蜜棗1粒 、枸杞子10克</p>



<p>做法：先把南棗、紅棗洗淨去核，剪細。 把所有材料放入壺內，注入熱水水500毫升，封蓋焗20分鐘，即可飲用。</p>



<p>功效︰紅棗有補血功效，再配合其他材料便可發揮溫補氣血之效，有助改善 手腳冰冷 問題。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-"><strong>長時間大壓力致肝鬱脾虛</strong></h2>



<p>龐大工作量或致平日經常精神緊張，長時間被壓力困擾的話，就會容易導致肝鬱。註冊中醫師陳綺琪指出，肝鬱易犯脾胃，而脾胃屬後天之本，即生化氣血的來源，故若受影響致氣血不足的話，就很容易誘發一連串身體問題，如口臭口乾、胃酸倒流、大便稀爛、臉色萎黃和易累等等。<br><br>而脾主四肢、主肌肉，脾虛者常感全身疲憊，睡多久都不足夠、經常沒精神，全身乏力，覺得四肢沉重。<br></p>





<p><br>在中醫學說中，心肝脾肺腎可對應五行概念，相生相剋。肝主氣機疏洩，若情緒緊張、壓力大，亦會導致體內的氣血運行不佳，因而導致氣滯。氣滯即氣機流動得差，因「不通則痛」，繼而會引起各種痛症，如時下常見的偏頭痛。<br></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">睡得久不如睡得準</h2>



<p>中醫常常叫人晚上11時就要睡覺，因晚上11時至凌晨3時這段時間為肝膽經當令，要開始養好陽氣。當完全入睡後，夜晚肝臟血的功能就能運作，因為即使脾胃能生化氣血，都要靠肝臟去封藏住，否則同樣會流失。</p>

<p>心藏神，人的神志活動都與心臟有關，心血虛的話整個人的神志容易恍惚，難以集中、專注力低，也較健忘，影響工作表演，猶如惡性循環。「晚睡令翌日工作表現變差，被老闆罵或不滿自己，又因而變得焦慮緊張，難以入睡。這些因素可互為因果，屬連帶關係。」陳醫師說。<br></p>





<p><br>有些人抱著「補眠」概念，認為縱使凌晨四、五點才睡，翌日晚起一點就能補回來，對身體沒影響。陳醫師指，此說法並不正確。雖然睡眠時間長能勉強支撑一日的身體活動，但精神恍惚、手腳乏力或痛症等問題仍會累積，甚至惡化。</p>

<p>陳醫師提醒，長期捱夜，非於11時至3時此時段入睡；即使睡得久，肝藏血的功能亦會受影響，變成肝血虛。即使睡了12小時，起床時仍覺得頭重重、頭痛，好難補得返，睡得多不代表睡眠質素好。熬夜熬得多會掉髮、容易失眠，體內因而產生虛火，繼而易長飛滋、牙肉腫痛和喉嚨痛，身體免疫力下降，易病易感冒。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-5">5大穴位調神志減恍惚健忘</h2>



<p>生活、作息習慣調理需時，若打工仔上班時精神恍惚難專注，又昏昏欲睡，陳醫師指可以做些穴位按摩「急救」，醒醒神，逃離虛浮狀態。每日起床後、工作時、入睡前都可按5至10分鐘，用指腹揉按，或用手指關節按壓都可，以刺激穴位。對難以集中、健忘、失眠等人士有幫助，太沖穴更有助疏肝解鬱。<br><br><strong>百會穴：</strong>兩耳尖往頭頂連成一線，再從鼻樑往上連綫到後腦，兩線交叉點處。</p>



<p><strong>四神聰穴：</strong>位於百會穴前後左右各距1吋處，共4穴。</p>



<p><strong>神庭穴：</strong>前額髮際綫，正中直上量約半吋。</p>



<p><strong>本神穴：</strong>神庭穴左右兩旁約3吋處，共2穴。</p>



<p><strong>太沖穴：</strong>在腳拇趾、次趾夾縫正下方，約兩指距離。<br></p>





<p><br>陳醫師續解釋：「頭屬諸陽之匯，6條陽經都會經過頭部，故做頭部穴位按摩，或梳一梳頭，使頭部經氣行的暢通，都有助醒神。但穴位按摩非只得醒神作用，此屬一個雙向調節的機制，有助調節神志活動，應要精神時就提升陽氣、醒醒神減恍惚，應要入睡時就安神，有助封藏、入陰。」常感頭痛者，亦可按後頸風池穴，紓緩肌肉繃緊。</p>

<p>若失眠持續，難以入睡但而不知成因，建議盡早求醫，辨清體質和致病源、對症下藥。一般而言中醫可循針灸紓緩病徵，加強調和神志的功效，亦可配合中藥治療。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">少飲咖啡提神改用茶療</h2>



<p>除做穴位按摩，陳醫師亦建議以下兩款食療改善精神。可因應個人體質選用，有需要時可向中醫查詢。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--3">薑茶</h3>



<p>可加少許紅糖，適合沒熱氣徵狀者，有助陽氣升發，改善精神，建議在中午前飲用。分量可按個人體質調校，喝完應感覺身體和暖舒適。有陰虛徵狀如牙肉腫痛、眼現紅筋多分泌物者宜避免，因薑有發散之效，或加劇內熱情況。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">太子參石斛焗水</h3>



<p>太子參、西洋參都可，約12至15克，可加相若分量的石斛，加水焗30分鐘左右，補氣亦可清虛熱。若常捱夜覺得眼睛乾澀，另可加些沙苑子。</p>





<p>陳醫師提醒大眾，雖然濃茶、咖啡可以提神，但咖啡因會導致骨質密度流失得快，而奶亦較為黏膩，或刺激到腸胃致肚瀉，大便難以成形、清濁不分，加劇脾胃負擔。</p>

<p>豬、羊、牛、魚都屬於動物性食物，都是優質蛋白的來源，各有優劣。以同樣100克計算，羊肉含最高蛋白質含量，足足23.2g蛋白質；魚肉含16.6g蛋白質。不過，謝宜芳營養師指出，魚的蛋白質消化吸收率很好，其中一個原因是魚肉含有很多人體必需的胺基酸，咀嚼後容易被分解，是所有肉類當中最容易被人體消化與吸收的。<br></p>





<p><br>另外，營養師提到外國研究，發現腎臟病患或糖尿病患的腎臟功能開始退化，而進食魚肉可以幫助他們減慢腎臟功能退化的速度，證明魚肉蛋白質有保護腎臟功能的作用。所以特別推薦三類淡水魚：鱸鰻、白鰻、黃鱔。</p>

<p>以中醫角度而言，淡水魚性味平，有補虛之用，包括補血、養氣、袪濕、補脾。而中醫師廖婉絨提出使用魚肉進補與其他肉類進補的最大分別是，除了同樣有滋補強壯的作用之外，還有去濕利水的功效，特別適合平日口味較重的都市人。</p>

<p>營養師表示，鰻魚的營養價值豐富，適合所有人食用。她特別指出，鰻魚中段，即肚子的部份由於脂肪含量較高，所以EPA DHA含量較多，有助預防心血管疾病、腦中風。除此之外，鰻魚更含豐富維他命，對身體有多樣益處。</p>

<p>中醫稱鼻敏感為「鼻鼽」，註冊中醫師劉芷寧表示，中醫認為與肺、脾、腎尤為密切，因人體機能仍未能適應溫度、濕度，身體陽氣不足以禦寒，正氣不足，津液失攝而從鼻竅流出所致，臨床上多為虛症。治療方面，中醫並不是針對醫鼻，主要從調節體質開始，以調理肺、脾、腎三臟為主。</p>

<p>山藥1兩、生薏苡仁1兩、南瓜半斤。</p>

<p>沙參9克、麥冬12克、龍眼肉20克、響螺乾1兩、枸杞子12克、乾無花果8粒、瘦肉4兩。</p>



<p><strong>做法：</strong></p>



<p>1.響螺乾、瘦肉汆水；藥材浸洗。</p>



<p id="h-1-3-4-3-60-2-5-200-4-5-2500-30-45-2-1">2.所有材料以8碗水煮1小時，最後加入枸杞子，再煮5分鐘即可飲用。</p>

<p>麥冬：性甘、微苦寒，養陰潤肺、益胃生津，可治腸燥便秘。</p>



<p>龍眼肉：性溫，味甜，具有補益心脾、養血寧神的功效。</p>



<p>枸杞子：味甘性平，養肝明目。</p>

<p>氣鬱主要表現為肝鬱氣滯，身體多表現為胃腸道氣滯，胃腹頂脹，脅肋乳房脹痛，甚或經常偏頭痛、頭昏腦脹等，內在多見氣鬱影響情響鬱結，情緒不穩定，失眠等問題。<br><br>夏天對於氣鬱型人士是好季節。天氣炎熱，「火曰炎上」，汗流浹背的日子，氣血都會運行得比較順暢。氣血流通，減少鬱滯，個人心情亦會更愉快。</p>

<p>足三里穴是足陽明胃經合穴。足三里是一個常用保健穴位，既適合夏天時對抗濕熱環境悶熱脾胃不適，亦對於氣鬱型人士有通氣降逆的效果。<br><strong>取穴︰</strong>外膝眼下3寸，脛骨旁<br><strong>功效：</strong>降逆順氣，清熱和胃化濕</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--2">氣鬱體質保健湯水：胡椒豬肚湯</h2>



<p><strong>材料︰</strong>胡椒適量，排骨一兩，豬肚一個<br><strong>製法：</strong>一、把胡椒放入豬肚中，再用竹籤串起。<br>　　　二、排骨先斬件，再將排骨和豬肚一起汆水。<br>　　　三、先將水煲滾，加入排骨，再放入豬肚，蓋上煲1.5hr，最後加入食鹽調味。<br><strong>功效：</strong>胡椒辛熱，溫中散寒，下氣消痰；<br>　　　豬肚味甘性溫，健脾胃，補益脾氣；<br>　　　排骨性平味甘咸，滋陰潤燥。<br><strong>適宜︰</strong>5歲以上已可飲用。</p>

<p><strong>材料︰</strong>生薏米、熟薏米各20g<br><strong>製法︰</strong>將薏米放進水中，用大火煮15-20分鐘，倒出再泡焗15分鐘即可飲用。<br><strong>注意事項︰</strong>生薏米袪濕，熟薏米止瀉，可視乎身體需要而調整生熟薏米之間的比例，如腹瀉較頻，建議熟薏米可增至30g。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--4">特稟體質</h2>



<p>特稟型多見各種過敏，如鼻敏感、皮膚過敏、蕁麻疹、濕疹、唇炎、氣管敏感、哮喘，亦容易出現食物／藥物過敏。<br><br>夏天濕熱氣候，多發皮膚問題。「濕壓熱伏」致使皮膚散熱不佳，熱氣鬱蒸，皮膚易長粒粒、紅腫痕癢。因此，保持皮膚乾爽涼爽，對於特稟型人士更為重要。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--5">特稟體質保健穴位：中脘穴</h2>

<p>中脘穴是胃的募穴，八會穴之腑會，手太陽小腸經、手少陽三焦經、足陽明胃經、任脈的交會穴。<br><strong>取穴︰</strong>上腹部正中線臍中上4寸，當歧骨（胸劍結合部）與臍中連線的中點<br><strong>按法︰</strong>找到穴位，每天按壓5分鐘，力度適中<br><strong>功效︰</strong>特稟型人士亦可多按此穴，化濕和胃，排濕散熱有助減低濕熱鬱積情況，減少皮膚誘發過敏的情況。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--6">特稟體質保健湯水：紫蘇湯</h2>



<p>特稟型人士可根據自身過敏情況，先處理較常發較嚴重的症狀去處理，每次處理一兩個問題，效果比起每次都「大包圍」期望處理所有過敏症狀，可以控制得好，更有效。</p>



<p><strong>材料︰</strong>紫蘇葉15克，生薑3片，雞蛋1隻，瘦肉一塊<br><strong>製法：</strong>一、將水煲滾，先將生薑、瘦肉放入，用大火煲10分鐘。<br>　　　二、再加入雞蛋，再轉文火煲30分鐘。<br>　　　三、最後5分鐘放入紫蘇葉，加入食鹽調味就可。<br><strong>功效︰</strong>紫蘇葉辛溫，發汗解表，行氣寬中，解魚蟹毒；<br>　　　生薑辛溫，可解表，溫中散寒，溫胃止嘔；<br>　　　瘦肉性平味甘咸，滋陰潤燥。<br><strong>適宜︰</strong>5歲以上已可飲用。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--7">特稟體質體質日常調理</h2>



<p>特稟質人士平日亦要勤力保持肌膚和身體健康，多做運動有助減緩鼻敏感情況，保持肌膚衛生清潔，有助減緩皮膚過敏、風疹、唇炎發作。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">陰虛體質</h2>



<p>中醫認為「汗為心液」，言則汗是血液所化生而成的，而血液是由心所主管的。所以在炎夏容易大汗出的季節，尤甚容易消耗陰血、耗損心臟，<strong>陰虛（陰血虧虛）</strong>體質人士必須注意養心。另外，陰虛質人士應盡量減少容易出汗的戶外活動，尤其避免長時間暴曬。</p>





<p><strong>陰虛人士常見症狀包括：</strong>眩暈、心悸、手足心熱、失眠、潮熱、寐間盜汗等<br><strong>日常建議多攝取補血養心的食品，如：</strong>紅棗、紅豆、紅蘿蔔、桑莓、車厘子、蕃茄、熟地、百合、何首烏、雞蛋、豬潤、豬心等</p>

<p><strong>材料： </strong>花旗參、麥冬、五味子，各15克<br><strong>功效：</strong>益氣生津、斂陰止汗</p>

<p><strong>材料：</strong>百合30克、玉竹20克、雞蛋2至3隻、豬心或豬潤1個<br><strong>功效：</strong>清心安神、滋陰養血</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading">血瘀體質</h2>



<p>雖然中醫有一說：「血得溫則行」，但請勿誤以為血瘀體質就必須進食溫補之品，皆因過寒或過熱皆可致瘀。假如你是熱盛致瘀之士，夏天高溫反而害多於利。</p>

<p>血瘀體質的人除了會出現面色黯、唇色紫、皮膚粗糙伴瘀斑、靜脈曲張、痛經等症狀外，可透過舌象簡單分析體質屬寒屬熱。舌色紫暗為寒，夏季升溫有助驅寒袪寒；舌色紫紅則為熱，暑熱可灼血成瘀，加重瘀血問題。<br><br>因此瘀熱體質的人在嚴夏須小心處理，切忌進食辛辣炸物、注意身體降溫。在夏季可多食用冬瓜、馬蹄、鮮藕、薏米、苦瓜、生地、茅根等清熱涼血之品。</p>
