<p>有時因空氣污染問題，天氣忽冷忽熱，都容易會有鼻敏感、鼻塞等問題，感冒時更會有鼻塞、流鼻水的症狀，使人晚上睡覺時令人呼吸不順，影響睡眠質素。<br><br>除了藥物治療外，有鼻塞的人可以透過一杯熱的飲料，如喝熱水、熱茶或熱湯，都可滋潤黏膜，加快鼻腔內的纖毛運動，使鼻竇中的黏液排出。</p>





<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-">今次為大家介紹的<strong>蘋果甜湯</strong>，特別加了有消炎功效的肉桂，既改善鼻塞的情況，又可舒緩感冒的症狀，大人小朋友也可以飲用！</h3>

<p><strong>材料</strong><br>蘋果 　　　　　　　　　　　　2個<br>肉桂粉 (cinnamon powder) 　　1/2茶匙<br>鹽　　　　　　　　　　　　　 1/2茶匙<br>龍舌蘭糖漿 　　　　　　　　　1湯匙<br></p>





<p><br><strong>做法</strong><br>1.蘋果橫切去頂部，挖去所有蘋果肉，蘋果殼備用。<br>2.中火煲滾250毫升水，加入已切粒蘋果肉及其他所有材料。<br>3.轉慢火煮至蘋果熟透。<br>4.將肉桂蘋果甜湯倒入蘋果殼內，即成。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-1">1) 辛夷白芷茶（一人份量）</h2>



<p><strong>功效：</strong>通鼻竅、疏風燥濕<br><strong>材料：</strong>辛夷花3g、白芷3g<br><strong>做法：</strong>先將以上材料用熱水沖洗一下，用茶包袋包裹好，大概用300毫升，熱水浸泡15分鐘後可以飲用。</p>



<p><strong>推薦人士：</strong>適合脾胃虛寒，大便多溏瀉，發作時見鼻塞、流鼻水、頭痛的人士。<br><br><strong>備註：</strong><br>‧辛夷花及白芷氣味輕清芳香，飲用前可以在茶飲的上方吸取蒸氣，有助宣通鼻竅。<br>‧辛夷花尚有細小絨毛，適合用茶包袋包裹好，以免飲用時刺激喉嚨。</p>

<p><strong>功效：</strong>疏風清熱 通竅明目<br><strong>材料：</strong>菊花3g 薄荷3g<br><strong>做法：</strong>先用熱水把以上材料沖洗，再加入300毫升，熱水浸泡15分鐘後可以飲用。</p>



<p><strong>推薦人士：</strong> 適合體質偏熱、經常捱夜、容易口乾舌燥的人士。容易目赤腫痛特別適合。<br><br><strong>備註：</strong><br>‧薄荷氣味芳香，不宜浸泡時間太長，容易令芳香氣味揮發，功效減半。</p>

<p>中醫稱鼻敏感為「鼻鼽」，註冊中醫師劉芷寧表示，中醫認為與肺、脾、腎尤為密切，因人體機能仍未能適應溫度、濕度，身體陽氣不足以禦寒，正氣不足，津液失攝而從鼻竅流出所致，臨床上多為虛症。治療方面，中醫並不是針對醫鼻，主要從調節體質開始，以調理肺、脾、腎三臟為主。</p>

<p>‧感冒/流感<br>細菌或病毒<br>‧鼻竇感染<br>細菌、病毒、黴菌或真菌<br>‧花粉症或其他過敏</p>





<p>‧鼻息肉<br>反覆感冒或鼻炎會令鼻黏膜上受到刺激而長出鼻息肉；除此之外，也會因遺傳而引起<br>‧血管運動性鼻炎（非過敏性疾病）<br>因神經內分泌功能調節失衡而引致，令患者不自覺地分泌鼻水<br>‧過度使用噴鼻劑/滴鼻劑</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h--1">鼻塞的自然療法</h2>



<p><strong>1.喝熱的飲料，如熱茶或熱湯</strong><br>有助於滋潤黏膜，加快鼻腔內的纖毛運動，加速令鼻竇的黏液排出。</p>



<p><strong>2.用暖毛巾敷在鼻上，一日三次，每次五分鐘</strong><br>有助增加鼻竇的空氣流通和加快纖毛的活動。</p>

<p><strong>3.用一茶匙水晶鹽混和兩杯蒸餾水沖洗鼻腔</strong><br>可以稀釋黏液，減低鼻腔腫脹的情況，並去除鼻腔內的廢物、細菌、過敏原和炎性物質，從而減低產生鼻竇炎和引致鼻塞的機會。</p>



<p><strong>4.在一碗熱水添加數滴尤加利或薄荷香薰精油</strong><br>呼吸蒸氣有助暢通鼻腔。</p>

<p><strong>5.吃芥末</strong><br>有助暢通呼吸道。</p>



<p><strong>6.側睡</strong><br>可以令位於上側的鼻道放鬆，增加鼻道的空氣流量，舒緩上側鼻道的鼻塞現象。</p>

<p><strong>7.保持睡房清潔</strong><br>因鼻內纖毛在我們睡着時處休息狀態，灰塵和塵蟎都會在此時破壞鼻腔黏膜。建議使用空氣淨化機，保持空氣清新，並開抑制過敏原。</p>

<p><strong>材料︰</strong>紫蘇葉15克，生薑3片，雞蛋1隻，瘦肉一塊。<br><strong>煮法︰</strong>將水煲滾，先將生薑、瘦肉放入，用大火煲10分鐘，再加入雞蛋，再轉文火煲30分鐘，最後5分鐘放入紫蘇葉，加入食鹽調味就可。<br><strong>功用︰</strong>紫蘇葉辛溫，發汗解表，行氣寬中，解魚蟹毒<br>生薑辛溫，可解表，溫中散寒，溫胃止嘔<br>瘦肉性平味甘咸，滋陰潤燥<br><strong>適宜︰</strong>5歲以上可飲用</p>

<p><strong>材料</strong>︰紫蘇葉15克，生薑3片，雞蛋1隻，瘦肉一塊。</p>



<p><strong>煮法︰</strong>將水煲滾，先將生薑、瘦肉放入，用大火煲10分鐘，再加入雞蛋，再轉文火煲30分鐘，最後5分鐘放入紫蘇葉，加入食鹽調味就可。</p>

<p>專家列舉出一些不同材質衣物的基本清洗條件，例如秋冬大褸等厚重衣物不可用水清洗，洗羽絨時不可過度擠壓。而高敏感人士的要求更高，特別在清洗容易積藏塵蟎寢具或衣物時，可以使用具備防敏除菌程式的洗衣機款式。這個功能亦適合一些對衛生要求較高的家庭，就算遇上不易除味的寵物毛毯亦可以袪除動物毛屑、異味、塵蟎等香港常見的致敏原。</p>





<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-"><strong>洗衣機與洗衣乾衣機都一樣？</strong><strong></strong></h2>

<p>除了洗衣機，市面上越來越多具備洗衣及乾衣功能的二合一洗衣乾衣機，兩者不止在功能上有分別，保養上都略有不同。<br></p>



<p><br>由於在洗衣機在清洗程序完成後，滾筒底部仍會存有水分，若關上洗衣機門會形成潮濕狀態，加上平日洗衣過程中有可能添加過量的洗衣液或柔順劑，殘留於滾筒外層造成發霉結垢。<br></p>





<p><br>按一般家庭一星期使用3-4次的頻率，專家建議一個月左右就需要清洗洗衣機滾筒。而洗衣機內外滾筒、機底同樣是容易滋生細菌的位置，進行洗衣機定期清潔時切勿遺漏。Bosch Galleria經理Tony Lee指出：「長時間未有清洗的洗衣機滾筒會內藏細菌及污垢，甚至會有異味。」</p>

<p>洗衣機稱得上是最常用的家電之一，因為香港空氣潮濕，穿過的衣物，甚至長期放置的衣物都有機會滋生黴菌，引致不同過敏反應，例如鼻敏感和濕疹。要家電保持耐用，首要條件當然別過度耗損。</p>

<p>了解你的洗衣機可清洗多少公斤的衣物，不要清洗過重衣物非常重要；若過重清洗不但會影響洗衣潔淨效果，更會影響洗衣機的機件運作，長久下去就十分容易出現問題。</p>

<p>另外，在洗衣過程中不要添加過量的洗衣液或柔順劑。Tony Lee指出：「過量的洗衣液或柔順劑會殘留於衣物上，有可能會在穿著衣物後出現皮膚敏感情況。」除此之外，多餘的洗劑會殘留在洗衣機滾筒的外層，形成污垢及積聚細菌。</p>

<p>位置：鼻翼外緣中點旁開，當鼻唇溝中取穴。</p>



<p>功效：散風清熱，通利鼻竅</p>



<p>治療：鼻塞、鼻衄（即鼻中流血）、鼻淵（即鼻流濁涕，如泉下滲，量多不止）、鼻瘜肉、口眼歪斜、面癢、面浮腫等。</p>

<p>治療：熱病、頭痛目疼、鼻淵（即鼻流濁涕，如泉下滲，量多不止）、鼻衄（即鼻中流血）、眼痛等。</p>

<p>位置：後髮際正中直上1寸，兩側斜方肌之間的凹陷中，頭微前傾取穴。</p>



<p>功效：散風熄風，通關通竅</p>



<p>治療：頭痛、目眩、失聲、喉痛、頭項強急（項強指頭部後項的肌肉筋脈牽引不舒的症狀）、鼻衄（即鼻中流血）。</p>

<p>位置：在後髮際正中直上7寸，當兩耳尖直上，頭正中線上取穴。</p>



<p>功效：熄風醒腦，升陽固脫。</p>



<p>治療治：頭痛、風頭重，眩暈、心煩、驚悸怔忡、失眠、健忘、中風、耳鳴、鼻塞。</p>
