<p>所有蔬菜，尤其是山藥、紅薯、蘿蔔、芋頭、洋蔥、芥蘭頭、歐洲蘿蔔、紅菜頭和其他根菜類蔬菜。這些有助於快速鹼化身體。<br></p>
