<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>消委會 : 牛油蛋糕平均總脂肪含量最高</strong></p>

<p>消委會 測試採用了100款非預先包裝蛋糕（共10個蛋糕組別），並對樣本的糖及脂肪含量進行測試，包括瑞士卷、鬆餅、黑森林蛋糕、芒果慕絲蛋糕、鮮果忌廉蛋糕、千層蛋糕、雪芳蛋糕、栗子蛋糕、牛油蛋糕及拿破崙蛋糕。</p>



<p>其中，牛油蛋糕、瑞士卷、雪芳蛋糕、千層蛋糕及拿破崙蛋糕5個組別（合共41款）的平均總脂肪含量均達「高脂」食物的水平（每100克食物含超過20克總脂肪），而牛油蛋糕組別的平均總脂肪含量最高，每100克達25克。</p>



<p>總脂肪含量最高的個別樣本，是九龍新蒲崗一間店舖的「古法拿破崙蛋糕」，每100克含48克總脂肪，進食整件蛋糕（37克）便會攝入約18克總脂肪。另外，東海堂的「榛子千層酥」每100克脂肪量達38克；而Lady M一款栗子蛋糕「Gâteau aux Marrons」每100克含脂肪30克，以下為總脂肪含量較低的蛋糕組別：</p>

<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>1款達世衞建議反式脂肪攝取量的25%</strong></p>



<p>反式脂肪除了存在於反芻動物上，有些食物經高溫烹調也會產生反式脂肪，減低人體內好膽固醇的密度，並提高壞膽固醇的密度，增加患冠心病的風險！ 消委會 指測試中總反式脂肪含量最高的一款樣本來自超群麵包西餅的「牛油切餅」，每100克已含1.1克反式脂肪，進食整件（共50克）即攝取0.55克反式脂肪，等於世衞建議的每日反式脂肪攝取限量的25%。</p>



<p>另一方面， 消委會 測試發現共96個樣本的工業生產的反式脂肪佔總脂肪的百分比都低於世界衞生組織建議的2%，全部樣本的平均值為0.36%，普遍較低。消委會指，情況反映食品業界已有能力在製作蛋糕配方中，避免使用含氫化油的食用油脂。</p>

<p>含糖量方面，鬆餅、牛油蛋糕、瑞士卷和雪芳蛋糕3款組別的平均含糖量較高，每100克含量分別達19.2克、17克、13.4克及12.6克。其中Marks&amp; Spencer Food Store一款「檸檬鬆餅（Lemon Muffin）」的含糖量最高，吃完整一件114克的鬆餅即攝入33克糖，超出世衞建議每日糖攝取限量達66%。至於糖含量最低的樣本，是來自櫻桃麵包西餅的「提子切蛋糕」，每100克只含2.2克糖，相對較健康。</p>





<p class="has-medium-font-size"><strong>消委會 建議較低脂低糖選擇</strong></p>

<p>消委會 提醒，蛋糕普遍屬高脂食物，糖分較高，購買時除了可參考以上研究結果、食安中心的營養資料，以及生產品包裝上的營養標籤（如有提供），購買蛋糕前可先比較不同種類蛋糕的脂肪及糖含量，來選擇較低脂低糖的蛋糕組別，例如：</p>

<p>新奇士除了出產新鮮水果外，它的橙汁 汽水 是不少小孩愛喝的飲料。不過，普遍汽水 都會加入不同甜味劑，影響人體荷爾蒙分泌外，更增加患第二型糖尿病風險。同時，別以為橙汁汽水與橙一樣，會含有各種營養價值，根據包裝上的營養標籤，它的維他命A、C、鈣及鐵質含量皆是0%，無益之餘，更有損人體健康！</p>

<p>糖份含量排行第三的 汽水 ，就是玉泉忌廉。除了高糖之外，它更含有38.5克的碳水化合物，兩者皆會令熱量大增。想燃燒玉泉忌廉所帶來的卡路里，就要踩25分鐘單車、跑16分鐘步，或打掃1小時。所以若想減肥，建議盡量不要飲。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">很多減肥人士及健身一族，在運動過後都會選擇運動能量棒／小食棒，讓身體快速補充能量，或會當為小吃、代餐。不過， 消委會 最近檢視了12款能量棒及26款小食棒的營養素含量，當中包括能量、蛋白質、總脂肪、糖分及膳食纖維，發現逾9成樣本屬「高糖」、逾3成屬「高脂」，隨時越吃越肥。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>運動能量棒／小食棒傻傻分不清</strong></h4>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">消委會 指出，小食棒以穀物、堅果、果乾、蛋白或植物蛋白為主要成分，例如穀物棒、堅果棒和蛋白棒等。運動能量棒和小食棒雖然外貌相似，營養含量卻大有不同。當超市把兩種產品放在鄰近的貨架上，很容易會令消費者混淆。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>9成樣本中高糖最多超2.5倍</strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">眾多樣本中，除了能量棒「「Think!」標示的糖分為0克，所有樣本每100克含糖量由11.3至53克，當中逾9成（35款）達到食物及安全中心每100克超過15克糖的「高糖」食物參考水平，而糖含量最高的1款樣本「Overstims」Bar Blueberry Almond Vanilla每100克含53克糖，更高出參考水平2.5倍。</p>



<p class="has-normal-font-size"><br>消委會 亦提醒，因為水果含天然糖分，乾果內的果糖濃縮會令產品糖含量增加，加上乾果的飽腹感比新鮮水果低，小食棒若含大量乾果，很容易會在不為意下過量攝取糖分。</p>





<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>高脂食品或會影響運動表現</strong></h4>



<p class="has-normal-font-size">另外，3成（12款）的總脂肪含量超過食安中心的「高脂肪」食物參考水平（每100克超過20克脂肪）。能量棒樣本的每100克平均總脂肪含量為14.9克，當中2款樣本屬最「高脂肪」（每100克超過20克脂肪），分別是「Hammer Nutrition」及「Raw Bite」，每100克分別含26克及21克總脂肪，這2款亦是能量棒每條總脂肪含量最高的樣本，其脂肪估計主要來自堅果及種子中的脂肪。</p>

<p class="has-normal-font-size">38款樣本每條可提供的能量介乎64至290千卡，其中最高能量的為「Pro Bar」，每條可提供的能量達290千卡。一個體重55公斤的成年人進食一條能量棒或小食棒後，需要步行約1至4.5公里（約20至90分鐘），或跑步約1.1至5公里（約8至38分鐘），才可以消耗從中攝取的能量。所以， 消委會 建議，消費者應根據所進行的運動強度，才決定是否需要進食此類食品補充能量。</p>

<p>很多人以為花生醬高糖高脂，但其實它的 糖份 含量，是7款 麵包醬 中最少的。雖然如此，但大部分花生醬中，皆含有添加糖及氫化油，全部都十分容易引致肥胖，所以購買前要留意營養標籤。而一般建議食用量為每次兩匙，即約200卡路里，可配搭麵包、餅乾或新鮮蔬果食用。</p>

<p>抹茶牛奶醬是近期不少人熱愛的 麵包醬 之一，而抹茶含有兒茶素及茶多酚，有抗氧化及促進新陳代謝的功效。不過，為了減低抹茶的苦澀味，抹茶牛奶醬會加入大量糖份，因此含糖量也是不容忽視。</p>

<p>煉奶是牛奶透過真空濃縮，將水分去除，再添加蔗糖調整而成。同時，製作過程中加入大量添加物，如乳化劑、防腐劑、色素及抗氧化劑等，更含有大量 糖份 ，為達到煉奶的甜味。因此，建議減肥人士少食多滋味。</p>

<p>排於第二位的，就是大人細路都喜愛的Nutella朱古力榛子醬，當中過半都是 糖份 ，而榛子比例就只佔5分之1。而它的熱量更是十分高，每100克已含有533卡路里，即每份食用量已攝取近80卡路里，想減肥就不要碰了！ </p>

<p>比起超甜Nutella含糖量更高的第一位，就是女生最愛的士多啤梨果醬！雖然相比其他 麵包醬 它的熱量較低，同時不含反式脂肪，但為了延長保鮮期及增強甜度，製作時會加入砂糖或糖漿。如果再攝取麵包的澱粉質，血糖就會加速上升，導致容易肚餓。</p>





<p>麵包醬的確好食，但大家為健康著想，還是少吃較好！</p>
