<p>先食蔬菜，再食澱粉後食肉</p>



<p>有網友留言問：次序不應該是蔬菜、蛋白質或肉類、澱粉質？為何她會將澱粉質放在肉之前？就此她亦有詳細解釋，原來煮過肉類的湯底含更多脂肪，再煮澱粉質的話，便會吸收鍋中油分，攝取更多熱量，所以把肉類放最後。因為煮過肉類的湯底才會有油分，未煮熟之前，進食澱粉質就不會吸收這些油分。</p>
