<p>根據劉德華前助手透露， 食肉減肥法 的方法是在10天內以肉取代澱粉。在頭4天，減肥人士只可以食肉，而肉的種類沒有任何規限；而在第5天後，就可以配搭蔬菜一同進食。不過要注意，所配搭的只限蔬菜，水果並不包括在內。</p>

<p>一般減肥人士都會選擇進食脂肪含量低，但高蛋白質的雞胸，但要增加瘦身成效，烹調過程中的油及調味料用量也是十分關鍵。為了保持雞胸肉質嫩滑，容祖兒就介紹用慢煮方式烹煮；若想增添雞肉口味，謝霆鋒更推薦用泡菜取代調味料。由於泡菜的味道大部分從發酵而成，油及脂肪含量極低，熱量亦維持於個位數字卡路里。而 梁漢文 就即刻嘗試烹製，雞胸煮法如下：</p>

<p>1. 將慢煮棒放入水中，並温度調較至攝氏50至60度</p>

<p>梁漢文 在 食肉減肥 法前，體重為148.3磅。經過10日的減肥實測，再配合一系列運動，體重竟然上升近1磅，即149.2磅。不過，根據健身教練指出，體重上升是因為脂肪轉化成肌肉，變得結實。在測量體脂後，發現Edmond的肌肉量增加，而體脂就減少0.3%，僅僅一星期已略見成效。</p>
