<p>乾豆類如紅豆、綠豆、腰豆等，皆含有豐富營養，包括蛋白質、維他命B，並含有大量水溶性纖維質，同時可以長期存放，甚至長達一年。</p>

<p>至於水果方面，建議選購表皮較厚的水果，如西柚、橙等，存放時間相對較長。</p>

<p>急凍肉類及魚類經冷藏後，比一般食材更加耐放，但營養價值並沒有太大差異。因此，若要長期儲存，建議選購急凍食材。</p>

<p>外面食肆人多細菌多，很多時候寧願在家煮飯，都不想外出惹病毒。不少人都為減少外出，而一次過購買大量食材，但囤積食材有機會出現變質問題。其實大家只要選對食材，並妥善處理便有機會能讓 食物保鮮 。</p>

<p>相比起一般凍肉，急凍肉儲放時間較長，同時建議大家到超市選購預先包裝的急凍肉類，如雞翼或牛肉粒等。不過，購買前要留意包裝內肉類是否各自分開，如果互相黏住，可能是因為唔新鮮或曾經融雪。</p>

<p>此外，購買急凍肉後，建議解凍前用保鮮袋將肉類分成幾袋包裝，再平放到冰格內，都烹煮前才逐袋取出，減少凍肉進出雪櫃及暴露空氣中的機會，有效令食物保鮮。在解凍肉類時，可以用自來水沖洗肉類，因為用熱水解凍或會破壞肉質。</p>

<p>在選購蔬菜時，建議大家選購根莖類瓜果，如蘿蔔、南瓜、番薯等，保存期相對較長；而椰菜、西蘭花及西生菜等亦可存放最少一星期。</p>

<p>綠色葉菜不用預先洗滌，直接可以用廚房紙捲起包好，再用保鮮袋袋好，但不用封口存放雪櫃，可以放約3至4天。</p>



<p>其實食材一般不宜存放太長時間，大家最好還是食幾多買幾多！</p>
