<p>很多人都會透過節食減肥，而曾為模特兒的李聖經指在眾多減肥方法中，絕食捱餓是最難持久的，而長期忍口有機會產生更大的食慾，一旦爆發或會引致暴食的情況。因此，與其強制降低食慾，她會選擇吃健康美味的食物，不讓自己肚餓。</p>

<p>雖然沒有刻意節食，但她指自己絕對不會吃加工食物，如精緻麵包、即食麵及罐頭食品等。因為加工食物大都含有大量鹽分及反式脂肪，有機會增加身體負荷，造成水腫及肥胖。</p>

<p>除了不要節食外，飲食方法對減肥同樣十分重要！李聖經指自己平日進食時，習慣慢慢咀嚼，慢慢吃可以讓身體慢慢吸收，讓大腦釋放飽足感的訊息，以免因肚餓而吃多，減低熱量攝取。</p>

<p>減肥不可只靠飲食，李聖經之所以可以持續擁有好身材，其實也要配合運動。單靠節食減肥，瘦下來的肉會變得鬆弛。李聖經為了塑造好看的線條，平時每星期會健身2至3次，以重量訓練為主，如鍛練核心肌群及臀大肌等部位。</p>

<p>李聖經平日早餐相當豐富，當中包括日常所需的營養，如纖維、蛋白質、澱粉等，但所吃的都是非加工食品，油脂及澱粉都經精挑細選，全都是好油脂及好澱粉，致肥機會相對較低。</p>

<p>到中午時分，李聖經會吃牛肉補充身體蛋白質，同時滿足吃肉的慾望。為了減低致肥風險，烹調方式建議少鹽少油，而選用時應選擇脂肪較少的部分。</p>

<p>相比起早餐及午餐，李聖經晚餐的分量會較少，而且也會更清淡一點。食物種類亦會盡避開澱粉，多吃蔬菜及白肉為主，不會增加身體負擔。</p>

<p>減肥食宵夜當然是大忌，但李聖經指萬一真的太肚餓，她會以輕盈食物取代零食，如無糖乳酪、無糖麥片、果仁等。</p>

<p>「 Idol水 」的製作方法簡單，先將綠茶茶包用500毫升水沖開，再加入由1/4個檸檬所榨的汁，最後加入2茶匙糖便可。而不少韓星都會將材料份量加倍，沖成1000至2000毫升日常飲用，有效消除 水腫 。</p>

<p>辛睿恩在接受訪問時表示，因為劇集拍攝的關係，經常要早起作準備。在早起時，發現自己出現水腫的情況，因此察覺自己需要減肥，以保持狀態。</p>

<p>眾所周知，IU並不是天生的瘦子，初出道時的baby fat及總是水腫的身形總是遭受攻擊，為了在短期內瘦下來，她可是下了不少苦功。</p>

<p>IU在節目《深夜的TV演藝》受訪時分享過自己的減肥餐單很簡單，早餐吃蘋果中午吃蕃薯，晚上只喝一杯蛋白質飲品。  </p>

<p>除了控制飲食之外， IU亦會配合運動，包括進行1小時的帶氧運動、跑樓梯，之後還會做一連串的伸展運動及伏地挺身。 </p>

<p>這個「一週減肥餐單」令IU成功地在5日內瘦了4kg，亦有一名韓國Youtuber  Soo模仿她的方法節食7天而成功瘦了3kg。</p>

<p>不過Soo指這是她人生最漫長的一星期，而且她形容自己的身體非常累，照鏡子的時候只覺得自己很虛弱，雖然這個經歷很有趣但不建議大家嘗試。 </p>

<p>一舨人不需要像藝人般地獄瘦身，而IU的餐單明顯不能夠為身體補充足夠的熱量，建議想參考的女生，在午餐及晚餐中加入適量的肉類、蔬菜及小量澱粉質食物。  </p>

<p> IU為了在上鏡的時侯令臉部看起來比較瘦削，會靠這招「飲水減肥法」急救。</p>

<p>「飲水減肥法」即是在工作前一星期開始，連續5天喝3000cc的水，在6天則停止喝水，而身體因為突然停止這個習慣，在這一天內排水量會急增，以達至減重瘦臉的效果。 </p>

<p>起床身，她習慣空肚飲一杯暖水，然後才會吃早餐，這樣既可減少進食量，亦可幫助身體代謝及排毒。</p>

<p>無論多忙，都一定要吃早餐。因為不吃早餐會容易令午餐攝取過量，導致肥胖！不過她會以簡單食材做早餐，通常以香蕉或蕃薯，配以牛奶，亦可加入蔬果沙律，令身體充滿能量迎接一整天的工作。</p>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading">03. 晚餐戒澱粉質</h4>



<p>午餐需要蛋白質為主，盡量吃7分飽；晚餐則要戒澱粉質，可以雞胸肉配沙律。她認為食物配搭比起食量更重要，胃口大的女生，只要將高卡的食物換成低卡食物如蔬菜、芋絲等，既高纖，亦可增加飽肚感。<br></p>

<p>唔少人會因為壓力大，而利用食物減壓，從而攝取過多熱量，其實做運動比起食大餐更能減壓，皆因做運動能讓身體釋放出安多酚賀爾蒙，想解壓？還是乖乖做運動吧！</p>
