<p>現今科技發達，平時搭車行路都見人人一機在手，但長時間低頭，會縮短頸部肌肉，導致雙下巴之餘，更會造成包包面。因此，建議玩電話時，將頭部保持水平位置。</p>

<p>飲酒是不少打工仔的減壓，但酒精會抑制「抗利尿荷爾蒙」的作用，令身體呈現脫水狀態，大腦會誤以為需要攝取更多水分，造成水分過多更水腫。如果真想酒飲，最好只小斟一兩杯，並不要酒後馬上睡覺，令體內水份留到隔天。</p>

<p>一般零食中都加入調味劑，當中含有大量鹽份，其實攝取太多鈉不但會水腫，更會引致肥胖或其他疾病。此外，大家不宜進食太硬的食物，因為經常咀嚼，或令面部肌肉越來越發達，令面形變大。</p>

<p>上班一族經常捱夜，但休息及睡眠時間不足，或會阻礙淋巴系統運作，令身體無法排出多餘水份，並積聚於體內，造成包包面。</p>

<p>為了掩飾面大問題，不少女生在拍照時都會托腮。其實過度擠壓面部肌肉，會引致面部鬆弛。如果只托單面，更可能造成大細面問題。</p>

<p>翹腳不止會引致下身肥胖，原來會影響面形。由於經常翹腳，有機會影響血液循環，引致面部浮腫問題之餘，更可能出現面歪情況。</p>



<p>如果想拍照時面小一點，就要改善這些不起眼的壞習慣！</p>
